The price is good and the quality is there. Be careful if you have an after-market CPU cooler though, it might be incompatible with the size of this memory. If you are not planning a serious overclock, 1600mhz memory is good. |

bought two 4GB sticks for less than $90. Great price, fast memory. I don't do gaming but for my general purpose workhorse PC it works great. Multiple family users on windows accounts have multiple explorers open with no issues. I used a stock cooler so there was no issue with what looks like large memory sticks. If you are putting in an after market cooler check the size before you buy. |

I bought this ram because I had to return my 2 other sticks to the company with a RMA. One RAM stick failed so I bought this kit to replace both. I then received a replacement. So far so good, I got 16gb of ram. :) |

I was not sure if I should get one stick of 8 GB or 2 sticks of 4 GB. After reading up I decided to go for the dual channel 4 GB RAM. This ram clocks just over 1600 MHz, I have not overclocked it yet and it has been able to handle all the demanding games I have thrown at it while multitasking other programs and internet browsing. It has been very stable under all conditions I am very happy with this RAM and if I were to get more I would probably stick with G.Skill brand. |

Nothing really much to say: they're practically plug 'n play and work as intended. Had to configure my motherboard BIOS to dual channel memory, but otherwise they are working perfectly fine.One thing to note for users new to dual/triple channel RAM: always install dual/triple channel capable RAM into the same coloured slots. |

Works in my Asus M4A87TD EVO board with an Athlon II X4 640 and Ubuntu ten.ten.64. The RAM passed a handful of rounds of Memtest86 and has been totally stable with Ubuntu operating up to 5 VMs in VirtualBox. Not really a con considering that I knew just before buy that this RAM was not on the Asus certified memory list, but I bought it anyway simply because of the accomplishment a number of reviewers said it was working perfectly with their Asus / AMD systems.I could not get the technique to boot Linux or run Memtest86 at 1600, so I had to underclock it to 1333. No huge deal.I'm hoping a BIOS update for the MB will take care of this, but I won't be upset if it does not. I'd take into account buying one more set if Newegg runs another deal. |
