This may well not be the common overview, but I wanted to evaluation my system as a complete. All devices installed with no any complications, The CPU and RAM was OC’ed to get the ram to reach 1840mhz, with out OC the RAM ran @ 1600mhz. No added voltage was applied and any of the OC’s. This is quite a bang for your buck! This truly is fairly a compliment for Asus boards. Looks very excellent, and probably runs wonderful but... Not in a position to run/use this RAM. I wasn't able to install with any of the 4 after marketplace fans I bought. I assume these would work with the stock fan of either Intel or AMD CPU's. The challenge is the RAM coolers are so high, nothing fits. If you tried to use the included fans I had complications with each computer as it interfered with the case prime fans. I bought two sets Ɣx4) 8gb of this RAM and have no system physically in a position to use it. 赔 bucks I presently use at paper weights. 1) ordered two sets for 8gb total and all matchedtwo) Will work on 8.9.8.24 2T stable up to three.9Ghz with 1090Tthree) Dropped to 7.9.7.24 2T but 1090T could not go greater than three.8Ghz (which is quick enough for CAS 7) but not quite stable...maybe greater voltages could stabilize points but don't matter substantially to me...3) On CAS 9 at 9.9.9.24 2T got my 1090T to 4.01Ghz with DRAM at 1.62V, NB at 1.2V and CPU at 1.5V with FSB at 250 and ram at 2000MHZ...games ran ok, but some crashes due to high CPU clocks... Don't see any...these chips are excellent...as advertized by gskill, these will operate with any phenom ii x6 and the manufacturer suggested boards...mine worked flawlessly with the MSI 790FX-GD70 I'm pleased and running stable at 8.9.8.24 2T with my 1090T at 3.83Ghz, with fsb at 225, dram at 1.62V and NB at 1.2V...Games are quick, no crashes, and my WEI on memory scored 7.7

Memory functions great with my Phenom II X4 965 BE on MSI 790FX-GD70 motherboard at 1800MHz. I just had to modify the FSB:DRAM ratio and the NB Freqency to 2250 MHz. The timing I had to use, 8-eight-8-24 1T. None Will buy much more whenever I get the opportunity

Second evaluation for the Greatest ram for Phenom II x6!!!After owning two sets of these babies for 6 months now, I am incredibly pleased! Both sets are clocked to 1800Mhz and stable at 7.9.7.24 2T. Voltage is set at 1.65v and NB at 1.2vGames are stable and my WEI scored 7.7I wish I could take them to 2000Mhz...Prior to these sets I purchased 1 set of 2000Mhz Flares stock at 7.9.7.24 2T but they where like 赨 or so... For the price distinction, I feel the 1800Mhz are awesome! None 790fx-gd701090T Oc at four.05 with H708gb of flares1 x asus aresthree x 60gb ssd for OS, Gaming, & Functionx-fi fatal1ty soundcard

AS STATED, they function fantastic on the AMD chipsets to the stated 1800 speeds!!! I applied both my C3 965BE and my 1090T BE in the MSI 790FX-GD70 board I have and each performed properly, I in fact chose the 965BE due to higher OC ghz efficiency more than the 1090T!! They have good overclocking capacity as well, other users have stated there gains and specs, those settings function nearly the same as mine too!!!The Blue Lights on the FAN are neat, now I will need to buy second set, just for the Fan on my 4x2gb 1600 G. Skill in my other Technique :) !!! as stated on title- I TESTED! I also have a MSI NF980-GD65 and put this RAM in there with Both CPUS and was only in a position to get the standard 1600 Profile to function effectively, with FSB upto about 210 it was OK...the board wouldn't even commence @ FSB 224 or 226 (this board goes in increments of 2, unless there a trick)!!! I upped voltage and messed with all apropaite settings I believe and could not get these to work at stated @ 1800mhz on THIS NF980-GD65 board - NOT FOR nVidia 980a Chipsets!!! They are quite nice and cozy in the 790FX-GD65 Once more!! MSI 790FX-GD70 Mild OC Settingsx4 PhenomII 965 Black Edition 3.83ghz 28CኊC (used)x6 PhenomII 1090T B.E. three.6ghz 21CኌC (tested)CPU C temps are idle/gaming for 30minutesFSB to 225mhz (able to go greater, along with MEMORY v)NB 1.2v (bump up as needed, along with CPU v)CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ on each CPU'sFan on Memory cooled my CPU temps three-4C as well!!!

Nicely they function terrific with my board, GIGABYTE|GA-880GA-UD3H R, booted up 1st time. Haven't tryed to overclock don't feel I realy need to trigger there a very rapidly memory.Just pleased I bought them. None Like the Fan that came with the memory, a little tight but got it in.Had a slight conflict with my tough drives in the way.had to remove a drive fan and move the drives away from the board, worked but nonetheless tight.So wacht your case sellection.I'm utilizing an old Antec Full Tower which is not quite up to todays gear. Hard drives are just below center of case which lined up with mem slots on MB, so appear for drive mounts near or on bottom of case.
