Cons: Broken. Ceased working

Pros: Easy set up
Comment:
I purchased three of these kits on sale and would hesitate to buy it again. The first set worked for a little under 30 days and the spare set had one unit dead out of the box. and I couldn't bring it back to NCIX on time. I could not get through to them on the phone. Kept being put on hold forever. Next time I will have to e-mail them immediately to qualify for the 30 days NCIX warranty. I suggest to anyone purchasing this product to thoroughly test it out immediately to avoid disappontment and frustration.

Cons: Variable speed, much slower than advertised

Pros: Easy setup, no interference
Comment:
Varies from 25 to 75 Mbps around my house, depending on which wall socket, but actual throughput is only about 1/4 of wired ethernet at equivalent speed.

Cons: Can't stream 1080p.

Pros: * Stable 60 Mbps link* Excellent for internet use* Streams SD and 720p well* Effortless setup
Comment:
I was hoping this would, but I guess buying the 85Mbps kit and hoping it works doesn't cut it. I'm rating it 5 stars because it does what its supposed to do without a hitch.Edit: forgot to mention- its connecting a media center PC in the basement to a NAS box on the 3rd floor. Cons: None so far cuz I didn't get it work

Pros: None so far, cuz it isn't long range..
Comment:
Well it's no good as my wireless n adapter. It won't detect each other like my n adapter with my n router. I keep it for latter if I have a short distance need. I hope the speed is ok. My friend got ones that's 300mbps and it work's ok. I got this one but this one won't detect unless real close to each other.

Cons: Can't plug into a power bar

Pros: Stability/Speed of connectionThe closest thing to plug and play I've ever experiencedInexpensive
Comment:
Ping tests on my wi-fi were 5-100ms with frequent "request timed out", after installing this Belkin powerline setup ping tests went to 2-5ms with no time outs whatsoever. It took me longer to unwrap the packaging than to set it up. My house is only 9 years old so wiring i think is good but I did try to plug it into a power bar and had connection issues, once I plugged straight into a electrical outlet everything was cool. Highly recommended!!

Cons: Utility apparently needs windows xp.

Pros: Works well out of the box.I'm getting good throughput for my standard definition content to my media center. I don't have any issues with lag.
Comment:
I've used this for well over a week, and have definitely put it through its paces. I believe people in older houses with possibly 'questionable' wiring, might have issues. I read a review on another site, that was talking about how their old house had tons of issues. I'm in a newer house, and am having no issues. I'm very impressed with it.

Cons: As useless as wireless G for file transfers.

Pros: It actually does what it is supposed to do.
Comment:
I bought this unit to allow internet access in my workshop, which is located about 100 feet from my house. Well, it WILL be when I get possession of my new acreage.I tried it in my existing house to see if it works. It works exactly as it is advertised to. It is a sorry substitute when you're used to a gigabit LAN but it is entirely adequate for web surfing and e-mail. Just don't bother transferring large files over this unit. There is no more than 60 feet of wire and two breakers between the transmitting unit and receiving unit.I sure hope it works this well over a greater distance.

Cons: Not the fastest, but better than Wifi.

Pros: Easy to setup, works out of the box. No chunky power adapter.
Comment:
Purchased this for our house, which is 3 levels. Didn't want to run a wire outside from the basement to the upper floor, so purchased this item. Works really well, and no reliability problems so far! This review was modfied by poster @ 09-06-09 02:24 PM

Cons: = The plastic feel cheap.= Price is a little high (for half of that, i'll give 5 stars).------------------------------------------------------------= Le plastique utilisé me semble bas de gamme.= Le prix est un peu élevé, mais sans ce prix élevé je donnerais 5 étoiles.

Pros: = No set-up required, plug the adapters that's it.= Works perfectly with my power bars.= 85 MBPS looks enough.------------------------------------------------------------= Aucun pilote nécessaire, branchez les adaptateurs c'est tout.= Ils fonctionnent parfaitement avec mes barres d'alimentations.= Les 85 MBPS semblent bien assez.
Comment:
The case comes with two connections. In this way we can deport the case and avoid taking another outlet on a power bar or hide it under something.------------------------------------------------------------Le boîtier vient avec deux branchements. De cette manière on peut déporter le boîtier et éviter d'empiéter sur une autre prise d'une barre d'alimentation ou le cacher sous quelquechose.
