Cons:
A usb charge slot would have been a nice touch
Pros: Small with modem surge protection and proper ground detection Comment:
I bought this along with the belkin surge protector with usb charge slots as I thought they complement each other. This unit is great for travelling with your laptop. It's about the size of your power adapter without the long cables. It offers excellent damage insurance and lifetime warranty. Proper ground detection can also identify home wiring faults. |

Cons:
bulky
Pros: $75,000 equipment failure policy Comment:
If you're traveling to a low humidity environment, e.g., Prairies in the winter, a surge protector is a must have. I don't know how many times I've been shocked touching my laptop which was already plugged in to a grounded outlet. This device will at least keep you from getting zapped. The only downside is that if you have a small laptop or netbook, this device is bulky. This review was modfied by poster @ 03-04-11 02:47 PM |
Although Belkin advertise it as a travel surge protector, it is too big to fit in my laptop bag. Other than the size it is a good surge protector. It has one outlet on each side and a Ethernet in/out port on the bottom.
