Cons: No SSD mounts behind motherboard tray even though the mounting holes are there (Can't buy separately either)5.24" bays not removableNot all USB 3.0 connectors on front panel

Pros: Looks awesomeLots of roomLots of 140mm fan slotsFan filtersLots of places for radiatorsGood options for cable managementQuietSturdyRemovable 3.5" HDD bays
Comment:
This is a great case for the price. ($100) It's a bigger version of the Define R4 at the same price. Its size makes it very easy to work with and can fit a lot of components. I replaced the fans with Noctua PWM ones and used a PWM fan controller instead of the built-in controller. Fractal should include SSD mounting trays behind the motherboard or make them available for purchase separately since the mounting holes are already there. I had to make them out of the trays that came with the SSDs. I would recommend this case to anyone that has the space for a full tower.

Cons: Front fan filter is not the easiest to clean

Pros: Solid high quality buildLots of room.
Comment:
Overall an excellent case that has lots of room to build in. Many hard drive trays, half of which can be relocated or positioned to allow for better air flow. Fan filter in the front is a bit of a pain to clean compared to a magnetized filters as the fans have to be removed from the tray first.

Cons: -Should propose 5.25 bay HDD converter-A better fan controller should be available

Pros: -No competition for 110$ (Maybe the new Phantek Primo)-Full tower-Great cable management-Really quiet-Optimal airflow with HDD rack removed-Space available for big cards on the bottom PCIe-Good quality-Fan controller up to 15W (better than nothing)
Comment:
The best case I ever owned. My Cooler Master Cosmos S was great, but noisy, cost twice the price and was not as well designed. I was thinking of upgrading it and keep it, but ended up parting away from it... and I am happy I did. It's crazy what a few years can change in terms of ergonomic.I am using the 5.25 bays for hoisting my hard drives and my SSD leaving the entire case for optimal airflow with 7 fans plugged to a NZXT fan controller. The result is stunning. I can barely hear my computer on the lowest speed for the following system:Core i7 4770k Zalman CNPS9900MAX-B MSI Z87-G45 Gaming 2 X R9 290x Powercolor PCS+ ADATA XPG 16GB Fractal Design Newton R3 1000W Platinum Samsung EVO 250GB Western Digital Caviar Green 2TB Western Digital Caviar Green 4TB 4 X Cougar 140mm NZXT Sentry Mix2

Cons: - none

Pros: - fractal design quality large server case- 8 x 3.5" hdd bays (or 12 x 3.5" with adapters)- 4 x 5.25" dive bays- front usb 3.0 ports- built in front panel fan controller- excellent cooling options incl 2 x 140mm front intake fans- excellent soundproofing
Comment:
An excellent server case built with fractal design' focus on quality. Plenty of fan mounting options, including 2 x 140mm front intakes, and 2 x 140mm top exhaust ports (both of which come sealed off to soundproof the case). This case can hold 8 hdds in it's 3.5" drive bays, and and be adapted to hold a maximum of 12 hdds! This means this case is an excellent server case, however due to all this capacity, this is one huge case! I was expecting a large case, but was shocked to actually see how much larger this case is compared to my regular sized fractal core 3000 case!

Pros: Super silentNo vibrationBig and spaciousWater cooling
Comment:
I bought this case at $100 when it was on sale.I was about to buy Define R4, but this one was larger and cheaper. This case is very low profile. It looks, feels, and is extremely solid. It is also very heavy however. It feels like a brick wall. If you want to move your computer around for LAN party, or frequent moving, I would recommend lighter cases. This case is very silent. I have an after market GTX 760 and Coolermaster EVO Hyper fan in it, and I never hear any of those, not even the case fans. Also, the case doesn't vibrate at all, so even if you put some toys on it, they don't make any noise.

Cons: - Only has 1 fan factory installed in front intake- taking sides off, if you are not careful can fall quite hard due to the weight. They are not hinged, so be mindful to hold the bottom

Pros: - Great Looking- well layed out- Good sound deadening- built in fan controller
Comment:
I bought this case for my home server, I like the 8 drive bays, and I am going to convert  the 5.25 bays with a 3 into 4 adapter. Tons of space for cable management and air flow. The case looks fantastic, feels well built, and I think will serve my purposes excellently. With 6 drives and fully assembled the beast does have some weight, which I am sure will be a bit of pita when I want to clean and do drive maintenance. Sliding this sucker in and out takes some effort lol.

Cons: None that I can see

Pros: Size, Design, Build Quality, Noise Dampening, Included Fans, PRICE!
Comment:
What an amazing deal to get this case for $100 on sale, first of all. This case is HUGE. E-ATX.. I needed a case that would fit a dual socket G34 motherboard and this case fits the bill.. didn't want some unsightly server case and elected for this one.. Very glad I did. The case for $100 is a total steal. The build quality is solid, there are plenty of adjustment options, cable management options, and tons of room for hard disk and optical drives. Also like that the PSU is mounted on the bottom, and also features dust filters and comes with several case fans already installed. Also, considering that in this case I will have numerous fans and there is a chance it will be a noisier workstation, the inclusion of sound dampening was a godsend, even if it only takes down the noise a little, this is a really nice touch. If you're looking for a workstation case that looks good and is very functional for a good price, seriously, look no further.

Cons: - When I received the case it included the wron length of stand offs.- The Audio & Mic jacks on the front panel are reversed.- The LED light on the fron is as bright as the bat signal. Make sure you have some electrical tape to cover that up.

Pros: - Minimalistic style.- Excellent quality.- Very quiet.- A lot of room. Very spacious.- Excellent price.
Comment:
I just love this case. I paid $119.99 on the 48 hour sale this past weekend and let me tell you this case is worth every penny. I would even suggest its at the level of Silverstone minus the aluminum and the price tag. Great stuff! As mentioned in the Cons above the case came with the wrong length of stand off. This is a know issue and you can search it up on google. The length should be 8mm, but it comes with 6mm. You wouldnt think it would cause too much issue, but the i/o shiel does not line up, nor will the video cards seat properly. In addition to this my audio and mic jacks were flipped. The tech support at Fractal Design is top notch. Within a day they contacted me, and within a couple of hours of that the correct parts are on the way. Fantastic Service! So, In a nutshell I absolutely love this case. It's so quiet, Its a fatastic design, of very high quality for the price, and to me it looks great.Highly Recommended!!!!!

Pros: Huge, Solid Build, Layout
Comment:
This is one of the best large sized cases I've used. Holds tons of parts in a very good layout. Cable routing behind the motherboard is a very good idea (keeps the cables organized and hidden). The sound deadening insulation works awesome.

Cons: Heavy, easy to scratch interior paint job.

Pros: Lots of space, great design, QUIET, beautiful, simple, elegant
Comment:
There is little to complain about for any Fractal Design case. The interior is just about perfect, lots of room for all your components. Everything is so well thought out on these cases, especially considering the price, I simply don't know why everyone doesn't order one. Support for E-ATX on this case is well done. Lots of room for running multiple long GPU's while holding 8+ HDD's...and keeping all the noise and cooling in check. Anandtech has similar views on this case as well as others in the series as I do, so don't be afraid to check out their reviews for more details. If you are looking at other cases that are 3x the price, they are not worth it. This is quality, quantity and excellence all for $150 (or less on sale).

Cons: - Case i recieved has a scuff down to the bare metal review would of been 5 stars if case didn't have them.

Pros: - Solid Construction- Huge- Comes with 3 fans- Plastic parts do not look cheap- Clean Front IO- Lots of Storage Space
Comment:
I'll first say the case construction is amazing it looks like it could endure the end of days its built that well. Lots of room for whatever your looking to do. It comes with 3 fans by default which is amazing. The Front Bezel which is plastic does not look cheap at all and looks great. I like a simple Front IO clean has the basics no need to firewire BS and such. The only problem i have with this case is that when i recieved it there is a scuff on the back top right thats down to the bare metal so it is noticable. It is small but still there and was not a shipping issue the box showed up with no damage at all. I emailed Fractal about it to see if they had a Touch up paint kit and they do not. They where quick to reply though which was nice. If it didn't have that issue this case would get 5 stars for sure.
