Cons: Only comes with screws, no molex to 3 pin.

Pros: decent ambiance effect. Somewhat quiet.

I ordered this fan because I thought that it was going to come with a molex to 3 pin fan adapter although since it did not I wasn't the happiest with the product. But it is a decent fan. Particular mounting spot because on my side panel it made a rather irritating noise that was unbearable. All in all it is a decent fan if you want something that glows blue.
