Cons: The mouse is bulky and slow. I'm used to playing with a Razer Deathadder on max dpi(3500). This mouse is equivalent to a basic, 10$ mouse in speed...maybe 500 dpi. The A,X,Y,B buttons are awkwardly placed. The designers were obviously not PC gamers.The Chuck is slightly bulky, I found it hard to know quite how to hold it. Also the wireless signal on the chuck was weak. It would disconnect on and off randomly in-game, which was frustrating.
Pros: Very good concept. The chuck is well designed, if a little too big. This is a big step up if you are used to playing with a regular controller, however, if you are at all a PC gamer you will find it not well designed. Comment:
If you are a regular xbox controller player, this controller will definitely improve you accuracy. If on the other hand you are a hardcore PC gamer looking to improve your skills while playing xbox with your friends, this is not the choice for you. It will be disappointing, especially if you are used to high quality gaming mice like Razer's. I've yet to try it but the XIM3 looks like the best way to go that I've seen anywhere. |

Cons: Ultra unprecise control , don't be fooled this will not transform your console control into a computer game , games are not programmed for a mouse.

i had suspicions about this controller setup , and i wish i didn't buy this controller , it's unprecise in it's console mode.i tried it on my pc and to my amazement the mouse is really nice and has good resolution it bested my Microsoft mouse that came with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo but this won't replace a real gaming mice like my logitech G500 or any other good model of PC gaming mouses.. Even if you follow the step to crank up sensitivity in your game , games made for console and computer don't respond the same . this is because movement on console games move slowly at the beginning of movement and faster when you move further. the games that responded best with this setup is the modern warfare , call of duty series . But anything else Ex: any battlefield game or Gears of wars , you will feel the unprecise movement and it's shame. i Hope you won't make the same mistake i did . |

Easily the best controller. Its the best for FPS's which I mainly play. Its not a bad price when you look at say prices of headsets and things of that nature. If you are into FPS's then def go get one of these. |

Cons: Would like different color.
Pros: Performance, speed of aiming is the best for any shooter. Gives a hugh bump with k/d ratio. Always 1st or 2nd place on scoreboard at end of match. Comment:
The best specialized controller I've ever owned. I LOVE this controller and will use it for years until if falls apart. My gaming has improved by so much because of this controller.I would recommend this to any real serious fps gamer that plays COD, battlefield, Halo, and any other shooter game. Using a mouse for aiming and analog to move is just brillant! Being a PC gamer this controller is the reason why I am going to stay on console otherwise I would have went back to PC gaming. |
Picked this up because a buddy insisted I would enjoy playing BF3 on his xbox. He was wrong, not only is the game play far more lame on console due to the lace of server management but the competition is lacking. PC is the way to be, give me my laser mouse and mechanical keyboard any day.I sold said controller to the aforementioned buddy and he now uses it to play the vastly superior PC BF3.I strongly recommend that you find something with a laser mouse, optical hasn't been considered truly "gaming grade" for a few years now.
