Cons: -somewhat weak cooling for it's size (but worth the price)-fan makes "some" noise at very slow speeds (nit picking)-fan can not be replaced!-Intel systems look to require back plate removal (happy I used this with an AMD system)

Pros: -fan is fairly silent-awesome cooling for the price (good value)-fairly compact height for it's size of fan-very easy to install on AMD systems, very easy to take off-no screw driver pry on or off, lightly push into clips on AMD motherboard bracket and screw tight (only fan needs to be removed, it's a clip on)
Comment:
For the price this heatsink is a very good value, being fairly silent to the point of can barely hear it without ear to case when using silent case fans. On load temps fan speeds up to an audible level however is not annoyingly loud at all. In fact it's nearly silent, my Sapphire Vapor X HD5850 under load makes more noise load than the heatsink fan and more noice idle than the heatsink fan.My CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 965 idle temp is 30C in about 21C ambient and max load is 55C when running Prime95 Max heat setting with my HD5850 video card heated up with furmark at the same time for 45minutes. I do have good case cooling so 55C to me is a bit high when considering the huge size of this thing. Prime 95 load only reached about 52C max at 23C ambient, when not affected by video card heat.In summary for the price it is highly unlikely to find a comparable or better heatsink. It's near silent, not overly loud when under system load to the point of you'd be hard pressed to even hear it over your case fans.Fan blows heat either up or down... Down at the video card or up at the top of the case using the AMD clips. Not needing to remove the motherboard bracket was a plus as well as the very easy removal and install without the huge force that many other clip designs require. Instructions could of been a tad clearer, though install is rather straight forward. My personal biggest dislike is simply the fan is not replaceable, would of worked awesome with a "Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm" rather than the 92mm included.
