Cons: It's being replaced by newer cards so the window for me to set up SLI is closing. Can't OC this card.

Pros: Excellent Card for it's a price ATM(179.00 with rebate)
Comment:
2 GB, 256 bit rate, DDR5 Ram and around 1000mhz clock for $200 is awesome!Example: This card with 4760k, 8GB and mechanical HD: In ranked matches it runs SC HoTS at "ultra" settings very smoothly and responsively.

Cons: -runs kind of loud as there is only one fan

Pros: -works fine-decent quality cooler-cheap for a 7870
Comment:
Its a good 7870 but id suggest if you are to buy one id get the double dissipation edition as it would lower the temps and noise

Cons: A bit noisy when playing intense games.

Pros: Powerful cardAmazing free games

I have an 1920x1080 screen, a i7 920 processor, win7-64 OS, 14 gigs of am and a 256 SSD. I wanted to squeeze another 2 years out of my PC so I decided to purchased thi card to replace my ATI5870 card. It was extremely simple since they use the same drivers. I had been playing Arkham city & Skyrim with my old card with max settings. Unfortunately, it was showing its age. It just couldn't keep up. I'm happy to report that with this new card Skyrim is extremely smooth. I get 50-60 FPS constantly. With Arkham city i usually get 40-50 FPS at the highest settings. And the free games is an amazing deal. I'll use this card until my next PC & higher resolution screen. But for now, I'm happy that I'm set for another 2 years of gaming delight.

Cons: -High GPU temp on load

Pros: -Sheer speed-Quiet for a mid-high end video card
Comment:
Very happy with the purchase. Getting ~80 FPS in Diablo3 i 1080p on Phenom II X2 build. Screaming performance/quality. GPU temps are >70C on load but it's expected with 1 fan.Accidentally removed game coupons but NCIX accommodated and sent the coupons. Very happy on that point. One happy customer here! Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, Farcry 3 Blood Dragon, Crysis 3 !!!

Cons: Actually very big, heatsink is full height the whole length of the card - requires more room than you think, can struggle at 1920x1200 on some newer titles with everything maxed out.

Pros: Quiet, fast, handles most games with ease, easy to overclock, awesome games bundle
Comment:
Bought to replace an aging HD4890, it was definitely worth it! Games that I had struggled to play and enjoy at 1920x1200 were suddenly playable (e.g. Rage, Deus EX, Bioshock etc). The included bundle was what convinced me to get this card as I was after Bioshock Infinite and the new Tombraider - both of which are excellent and play very well on the card. Tombraider especially was extremely good.As for the card, I had a little trouble installing it in my Dell Studio case as the heat sink was so deep that it was butting up against the SATA ports on the motherboard. Otherwise it was plain sailing and a nice clean Windows 7 made it even better for gaming. Overclocking is easy, though I have not tried to push it too hard. I simply upped the power to the full 20%+ and set the max clock to 1100MHz which it seems to take just fine. The fan is quiet, the card seems to run mostly cool - the rest of my system generates more noise.Overall I am very satisfied. The price was excellent, the performance is great though some new titles (Batman Arkham City for example) when maxed out can tax it a little (really should back of the tessellation and FXAA ;)). The games bundle is fantastic value and now there is even Far Cry 3! (at the time of writing). Well worth it.

Cons: Had to RMA the first card that arrived due to an unbearable coil whine when running the card at a high percent usage or pushing a high frame rate. The replacement card does still have a noticeable whine but it nowhere near as bad as it was.To get it to $200 had to go through a MIR, which can be a hassle. No problems performance wise.

Pros: Great bang for your buck for $200 on sale. Can handle whatever I can throw at it at 1080p.Came with AMD's Never Settle Bundle which comes with some good games.
Comment:
The first card I received had a terrible coil whine out of the box when the card was running at a high percent usage or pushing a high frame rate. I was able to RMA it and the new one has been working great ever since. It does still have a whine when it's running hot, but it's much better than before, with it only really being noticeable sitting close the tower.I'm only running at 1080p with an i3-3220, but it handles Far Cry 3, Battlefield 3, Starcraft 2, Skyrim with lots of nice visual mods, and Borderlands 2 with some more taxing graphical mods than vanilla, all with pretty good framerates.I don't have much experience with other graphics cards as this is my first major build, but so far I'm very impressed with what this card can do. I would definitely buy again.

Purchased this card to go into a Micro-ATX style Gaming Build, its running Great with an i5 3570 and 8 gigs of ddr3. It max's out both of the free games that comes with it flawlessly! Purchased this to play BF3, runs it on ultra pre-set with no trouble, and if you turn msaa to 2x you can get vsync lock at 60fps. Great card i really recommend it!

Cons: Voltage is locked. Cannot overvolt the card (max's at 1.21 under load).

Pros: Performance for the price.
Comment:
Good card for the price. Wish I knew the voltage was locked by xfx as it really limits the cards overclocking potential. Would recommend buying a different brand of 7870.

Cons: High temps

Pros: FastPrice
Comment:
Has played every game I've thrown at it smoothly, maxed. While idle and while playing less intensive games like Skyrim and older games temperatures and fan noise is fine (~70 C under load)With intensive games like Far Cry 3 and I'm assuming most new games, it likes to sit at 91 C, with the fan blasting away. Definitely higher temps than I was led to believe. I would NOT feel comfortable overclocking this card, despite the overclocking awards XFX seem to plaster all over the box.

Cons: Everything else

Pros: Fast frame rate
Comment:
Read reviews on this, couldn't decide between the 7870 of the 660, in the end, I picked the 7870 cause it got better reviews and the its 256 bits compared to 660. I bought this mainly to play guild wars, brought my fps up 15 in crowded areas. and 30-70 fps in no crowded areas, I could tell the colors were more vibrant and my screen was brighter. But that's were the good things ended. On windows 8, i played guild wars on one screen and played video on my tv. It just wouldn't work at all, on my TV, the video was super choppy and laggy. So I downgraded to windows 7. That fixed the choppyness, but now there is flickering that I could see on the screen for my videos. The biggest problem when I was playing guild wars is when its loading to a different screen, it kept on flickering to the desktop, therefore ruining the video on my tv i'm running at the same time.Tried all sorts of fixes people recommend on the internet, but none of it works, I will be returning this. The support and interface from ATI is very disappointing, I haven't bought a ATI card is years, and they still have the same issues, do yourself a favor, don't get lured by the cheaper price and get nvidia.

Got this during the AMD promo and I love it.It can play Far Cry 3 at the highest settings, and it will probably be ready for Crysis 3 as well.If you wanna have more performance, dont buy a 7970.Buy another 7870 and crossfire it instead, it will give you better performance for cheaper.
