Cons: It barely beats a single GTX 580 in most games. The difference is negligible.

Pros: It is available now.
Comment:
I can't wait until Kepler destroys these cards. One of my GTX 580's overclocked still more than keeps up with this thing. Buy it if you can't wait for Kepler, but prepare to be disappointed when the Nvidia equivalent puts it in its place. AMD put too much time in to beating Fermi.

Cons: A bit expensive

Pros: The Fastest single GPU ever made (to date). Low power requirements (relatively speaking), Cool temps and quiet.

Traded up from a GTX 570 to this and what an amazing card. This card ~doubles my fps or enables me to add a bunch or eye candy (like on Metro 2033).The 7970 runs much cooler than my 570 did and has peaked at only 67°C. It also draws less power than my 570 did (at idle and under load). It's barely audible at idle and under prolonged full load and it is still very quiet. I suspect that anyone with poor airflow in their case might see higher temps and therefore the fan speed will increase which will equal more noise. But from my experience and the reviews online, this BEDD unit is quiet under load. Congrats on XFX/AMD/ATI getting it right on such a new product.P.S. The card looks good to with its aluminum casing.

Cons: - Noisy in comparison to aftermarket cooling

Pros: - Blazing Fast- 3GB of RAM- Factory overclock- Dual slot non-stock cooling
Comment:
Upgraded from an overclocked & shader unlocked 6950 and this card is simply destroying every game I have thrown at it. I look forward to seeing how this card improves with driver improvements. The non stock cooling solution is pretty good, however, it is definitely noisy at higher speeds compared to the aftermarket solution that I had on my 6950. I don't think I'll need to move to a CFx solution for quite some time as this card seems to power through anything right now.
