I was easily able to overclock the cores of each adapter to over 1050 mhz without much effort or accessing the PowerTune settings in Catalyst Control Centre. The micro-stutter has been fixed with DX11 with Catalyst 13.8 beta or later so this is also nice. The cooler even at 75% is extremely quiet and most of the noise is air turbulence, not fan whine. The big problem with this and any 7990 reference card, is that when any 3D apps are used, coil whine becomes exceptionally loud. Even inside a computer case, the whine is very prominent and distracting, as it changes tone with different loads. I didn't keep this card but as always NCIX was great and didn't charge me re-stocks. Thanks NCIX!
