Cons: Doesn't always work

Pros: Compact, lots of format supported
Comment:
I bought mainly to simplify transfers and while it worked very well at first, now I am not sure it works. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I use it on 3-5 computers and I'm never sure if it will work and I never remember if it always fails on the same computer of if its just random.

Cons: Doesn't work sometimes.

Pros: Works. Sometimes.
Comment:
You'd expect that the basic functionality would be somewhat reliable, but a lot of the time this thing doesn't even power on when I plug it into my USB 3.0 port. I have to insert  it *really* slowly to be sure it works, or just use USB 2.0, which thankfully seems to work most of the time. I'm worried that the cable is going to break someday.Once it powers up it seems to work fine. Reading from multiple cards at once is painfully slow, but that's not something I can imagine doing in practice, and reading from one card at a time seems to go at the full speed of the card. I can't comment on USB 3.0 performance as I don't have any cards fast enough to be limited by USB 2.0.The card connectors feel pretty cheap. I tried SD, microSD, and CF. The SD/microSD slots are friction lock only, and one of my SD cards required a fair bit of force to insert . The CF slot requires pretty careful insert ion of the card; I've already accidentally bent some pins once. The card also wiggles quite a bit inside the connector. Overall not impressed with the build quality.Would not recommend.

Cons: none

Pros: USB3 support, fast transfer, multi-format support, compact to transport, use USB power.
Comment:
works perfect with USB 3.0, transfers was very fast. Compact, easy to transport. Most important is multiple format support, including CF format. It use the USB port power only.
