Cons: -really, really cheaply made-feels like it may break easily (but has not yet)-LED is really annoying

Pros: -_tiny_-includes built-in USB cable-4 ports
Comment:
It cost only $5, and it has 4 USB ports. What can I say? The only other place you can get a $5 4-port USB is from those Chinese online retailers who generally take 3-4 weeks to deliver and also can't guarantee you're even getting the genuine product. This little thing gives my 2-port USB compact notebook an extra 3 ports, more than doubling what I had. On top of that it's very compact and comes with its own cable (which stows away nicely). Easy to tote around, and also a great mini phone charging station for those weekend trips with friends (when paired with a AC-USB 3A wall wart).Recently bought a 2nd unit during boxing day sale. This one was DOA, but successfully RMA'd in-store shortly after. For the price, you almost can't go wrong.

Cons: doesn't work long

Pros: cheap, small
Comment:
worked ok at first. After using one for maybe 2 months, it keeps stopping, i only have a keyboard and a mouse plugged in, and every 10 minutes or so, it does as if i unplugged them. Needs to be pulled off, then plugged in again, very frustrating when using a usb memory stick, even more when its in the middle of a copy and it says it was not removed correctly.

Cons: Not good for charging phones etc.

Pros: Cheap, good hub for unpowered devices
Comment:
Price matched to $4. Use it to connect my power external hard drives, printers, and mouse. Works great for those. Doesn't work great for charging Blackberries and the like though.

Cons: -gaming mice and keyboards don't get enough power (power adapter port included, but no adapter)

Pros: -cheap-does what its supposed to do
Comment:
Needed more ports on my laptop as i use multiple external hdds. It does not seem to provide enough power on its own to power gaming mice and keyboard, however it does come with a power adapter port so those that are desperate can use a power adatper

Cons: Cable is Fragile, be careful

Pros: Blue Led (not very noticeable though)Build qualityUsefulWorks WellSmall footprintLong Cable
Comment:
Works without issues, usb ports are well placed and intelligently spaced with each other giving you the opportunity to plug in a bulky usb key without eating the other usb port sitting next to it.If you're looking for a multi-usb hub, this is the only you're most likely to like the most.

Cons: -none really

Pros: -price-4 more ports!-wire length
Comment:
I wanted one for my new ps3 slim, since it only has 2 usb ports. That bugged me so I bought one of these and it works fine, no power supply needed though it does have a hole for an adapter it seems. got it for 6$, good product.

Cons: It's a cheap USB hub

Pros: It's a cheap USB hubCompact
Comment:
A cheap, light USB hub. Hub is encased in clear plastic, with one or two blue LEDs inside that shine through. Compact with a groove built into the bottom of it to hide the USB dongle when in storage. Doesn't need an external power source, but does have a port for a power adapter. Works fine, no complaints.

Cons: cord length - either too long or too short

Pros: cheeepfunctional
Comment:
Great price on sale. No problems handling keyboard and mouse, recognize no problem by XP. Port placement is a little awkward, but the cable is the odd part. Not quite long enough to reach from ground to desk, and long enough to present annoying loops. But I would buy it again anyway.

Cons: none. Perhaps the 12" cord might be but seems long enough for most uses.

Pros: compact, connections on 3 sides (2, 1, 1 & then cord), price
Comment:
compact with 2 connection on one side, then 1, then 1. blue light is not too bright to be annoying but handy for plugging in, price (especially when on sale), works well.

Cons: 12" cord (but it's in the descripition) but can be expandable (Separate cost of cable of A/B cable of course). This is not an issue for me, actually I wanted this size! This is passive meaning no external power hookup so if you have a device that needs more juice..be careful.Blue subdued LED lights inside the unit...if ya like that kind of thing...I'm not fussy.

Pros: Price, 4 ports, Small Size.
Comment:
Since each port is separate on each side this is perfect for larger USB devices since some ports that have ports all on one side can hinder the use of a port beside it.It's fast, simple and 10 bucks! Woot! This review was modfied by poster @ 11-28-09 12:01 AM

Cons: none

Pros: Have wireless keyboard, ir reciever, hdd, and mp3 player connected without problems. cheap and small.
Comment:
It has an extremely short cord. It's a pro for me, seeing as how it has to be plugged into a ten foot extension anyway(my workstation is less cluttered this way). It may be a con for someone plugging into the back of a desktop though.

Cons: Cable length

Pros: Price after a price match
Comment:
Bought for a friend and her mother. Unit works great for the price. My only complain is that the cable is not very long.I didn't test if the unit is able to charge mp3 players or not.
