Cons: it won't fly me to the moon....and it might not support the new six core cpu's although I haven't checked, might just need a bios update , which I don't know how to do. another weakness, it won't teach me how to update  bios

Pros: solid board, everything you need in a mobo, ddr3, sata3, usb3, crossfire, great color way, worked straight out of the box, a lot of options for overclocking
Comment:
after doing a lot of searching around my options came down to a asus mobo, a msi mobo and this one.ultimately this one had the best reviews and from the spec sheets it had the most to offer, as a result I built my system around it, and my current specs plugged into this awesome board are.... amd phenom II 965 x4 3.4ghz, Gigabyte DDR3-1333 Ripjaws timings at 7-7-7-21, seagate 500gb sata hdd, samsung dvdrw, orignally had a corsair h50 installed, but last month I successfully oc'd to 4.0ghz stable and upgraded to a full water cooling loop, it's all run by corsair tx750w psu. stored inside a modded antec 300 mid tower case.... and that will be my next upgrade, it's very crowded in there.

Cons: Could provide more FAN connectors. No onboard videocard (relevant only for servers).Corsair XMS3 TWIN3X2048-1333C9 was runnning by default at 1066MHz (don't know if it is the memory XMS data that are wrong, but it was easy to change it to 1333MHz in the BIOS).

Pros: ReliabilityMuch better grounding than most MB.Lots of settings in the BIOS + Dual BIOS.Better reliability (50,000hrs at 40c) of capacitors and inductances. Many Sata connectors (8 internal + 2 eSata)Include two Sata 6gbps connectors.3 years warrantly
Comment:
Works well with Linux, but they could presure some of their chipset manufacturers to offer better driver support in the official kernel, especially for the sensors.I was looking for a reliable while cheap motherboard with plenty of Sata connectors for a server. I had to search for a while before finding what I was looking for, as I had to systematically reject any motherboard that had only a one year warrantly. It was a very nice surprise when I found out about the "Ultra Durable 3" line of product of Gigabyte, and I think that most people underestimante the importance of impedance in the ground. Finally, the two PCI-E 16 slots (running at x8 when used together) and the two Sata 6gbps will help to extends the useful life of the server.

Cons: none that i can think of

Pros: quality, super durability i guess?
Comment:
As you can always expect from a gigabyte board, this board does inherit the good quality. sata III is good if you are using a super fast ssd or if you plan to. so is USB. in a word, it's worth the money. just look at all the features you get at this price.

Cons: Multiple crash at bootMemory problem

Pros: Nice layoutNice designStay coolPrice
Comment:
You need to flash bios as soon as you get it. At first this mobo woul'nt boot windows with my G.Skill memory and thus crash at each attempt. I flashed the bios and forced the memory timing and since it has been fince but still you souldn't have to do this.

Pros: Good Bios, card has everything you should need

Cons: Not for the price, can't knock it.

Pros: Layout, stable release bios, runs cool, future expansion options, great memory compatibility list. Works perfectly with my GSkill PI Black 2000's.
Comment:
Great board, solid bios, overclocks whatever you throw at it. Running an unlocked X2 550BE at 224x17, any further it gets dodgy but the board has nothing to do with it...which to me, is exactly how it should be.
