Pros: - Great mobo, with a great value.- Amazing for OCing
Comment:
I have had it for over 6 months and has not let me done. Great for OCing my E7400 to 4.0Ghz. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Will definitely buy more Gigabyte mobos in the future, just won't buy G.Skill RAM with it. Looks nice and performs amazingly.

Pros: Lots of FeaturesBoard LayoutPriceO/C AbilityLots of Sata/USB
Comment:
Great motherboard loaded with features at a good price. That said my first board I received had faulty onboard audio, but I shrugged it off and just used my Audigy 2, after 3 months the board died on me and had to RMA. This process and experience with Gigabytes customer service was a nightmare and took just about a month to finally get my board replaced.A warning to any one in Canada buying gigabyte products they only have one repair service for all of North America and that's in CA, USA and they have a slow processing. Also when I finally did get the replacement board back Gigabyte couldn't be bothered to label the parcel properly as a RMA and they placed a value on it and I was taxed and hit with customs fees which I have not gotten a refund for yet.Gigabytes customer service is dreadful, though the board it self is nice and a good value. It O/C well and nice high bus support, lots of Sata and one biggy is board layout it is one of the better designs in this price range for large video cards like my GTX 280.Another thing to note for G-skill RAM (1066) users like my self. This board doesn't seem to fully support this brand, I get stability problems in some games no mater what the speed setting (I even under clocked a fair bit), various voltage including the 2.1v which is suggested. Gigabyte says there is known problems with G-Skill memory especially if your using 8GB (I use 4GB). I replaced it with some older OCZ and the stability problems were resolved, so unfortunately this has put me in the market for some more ram again. Comment:
I currently own to of these boards, one with a 4.25GHz E8500 1.36v, and the other with a 4GHz Q9550 1.3v. I can say that it is the easiest board I've ever overclocked with by far after having assembled PCs with around 6 different 775 motherboards. I would recommend this motherboard to anyone in a heartbeat.

Cons: None I can think of

Pros: Packed with features, super easy to overclock, BIOS layout easy to understand, great extras, good included software for beginner overclockers
Comment:
This is a fantastic board for the price. The included extras are great and I love how an ESATA bracket is included. The BIOS is super easy to understand even without reading the manual. I paired this with 4GB of 1066MHz DDR2 RAM and an Intel E5200. I overclocked my E5200 from 2.5GHz to 3.33GHz in no time at all. This after coming from an old DFI LANParty and an AMD Opteron is amazing and considering I knew little about the recent Intel chips after having been with AMD for a while. The BIOS makes it really easy to overclock and is packed full of features. This motherboard is the best purchase I've made in a while. Pair this with a 4870 and an E5200 (overclocked of course) for a fantastic gaming PC.

Excellent Mobo. I am never going ASUS again if this is what Gigabyte standard is like. So many options, and features, and it's only a mid-range! that price just can't be beat too. Only owned it for a couple of days, but i can tell I made the right choice. After my old ASUS crashed and burned, I picked this one because of the glowing reviews, and I do not regret my choice

Pros: Cool colour scheme, VERY good overclocking, not a doosh to 45nm quads, easy to use BIOS, seems very sturdy, reasonable price
Comment:
This is a very reasonably priced motherboard and one of the best bang for your buck products I could think of. I would definately buy it again. It overclocks my q9550 like a champ got it to 4ghz at 1.3375vcore on the first try. people with 45nm quads should not hesitate to buy this motherboard. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Pros: Clean interfaceDual biosXfire capableComes with Easy Tuner 6
Comment:
Bought this mobo for my first rig and I have to say that I'm pretty much satisfied with the buy!The interface is pretty neat as it doesn't cause clutter at a certain part of the mobo when connecting all the wires. The dual bios capability is also a nice bonus! (When your bios get corrupt, you have a back-up bios to boot up to)and most of all, Easy Tuner 6 is a good software for basic overclocking to those who are new to the OC scene. It has a one button OC for easy OCing (not the perfect setting for OC but it can do!)This motherboard is a great buy and I would recommend it to anyone needing one!

Cons: I've found nothing lacking in this motherboard but did have issues navigating the M.I.T initially. People say DFI has a complicated BIOS but I found it easier than Gigabyte's.

Pros: Great overclocker. The board is well laid out and there was no issues with connections. 1394a header.
Comment:
Didn't need a new motherboard but just knew that I wasn't getting everything that I could from my q9550. This board certainly showed that! I could get to 3.7GHz using my previous DFI DK P35-T2RS but easly achieved 4GHz with almost the same voltage. Once I get a real case that has proper airflow, I'm sure I'll be able to achieve even more. Coupled with my new Dark Knight I'm looking forward to pressing the GA-EP45-UD3P to its max

This board is a dream! Simple layout ,easy to read thurough manual, and just a huge value over other boards. Overclocks easily with minimal tweaking, the great software that comes along with it is a nice perk. Stylish colors onteh board and very well thought out platform make this board the #1 in my collection of PC's and hardware. This is by far the beat board I have ever owned. The only thing I can think comes close is my DFI TU P35 lanparty. the only real thing that seperates these 2 boards is the dollar value! The DFI board is $150 more!Plain and simple, if your looking for bang for the buck overclocking, with tonns of features, great layout, awsome warranty, and sure fire reliability, this IS the board to get! A must have for any overclocker out there! A true sleeper!

Pros: Overclock AbilityQuality PartsConnector (Types & Quantity)Crossfire Support
Comment:
This is just about the best P45 board on the market around $150. Overclocks incredibly well, rock solid stability, high quality components, tonnes of extra features for entusiasts, and lots of connection types and ports. Crossfire support as well although this is limited to PCI-E 8x.Weaknesses I guess I would have loved to have had SLI as well but oh wells, and two video cards will only run at 8x (not 16x).Overall this is easily one of the best motherboards I've ever put into a build, pleasure having one of these to play with after a long period of building budget computers on entry level Asus, ECS, and Biostar motherboards.

Pros: Great for OCCool chipsetLots of BIOS optionsOnboard sound better than expectedLots of USB, SATA ports2 Ethernet jacks, optical SPDIF jack2 eSATA ports on bracketNow shipping Rev1.1
Comment:
For me it was either this or the ASUS P5Q Pro. Both looked good, but the UD3P had several advantages that won me over. A look at the I/O panel tells you this is a monster. There are tons of jacks for practically everything you want. The BIOS have lots of options for tweaking for OC, which is what this board is made for. Chipset is well cooled (for me 35C idle, 45C load), and the mobo itself has 2oz copper layer embedded, which is supposed to help further cooling. Not so great is the software that comes with it. Don't bother installing from the disc, since newer versions are online. I never found the Energysaver or ET6 programs very useful, since other (better) programs can do what ET6 does, and who needs Energysaver with an OC board? Another problem is fan control: only 2 of the fan headers can be controlled by BIOS or Speedfan, the others run at full speed. The UD3P comes with 8 SATA ports, 6 controlled by a Intel controller and 2 by a Gigabyte controller. Three of the Intel ports are blocked by a large graphics cards, however. On the positive side, 2 L-sata cables are included, which are great for cable management. I just wished they included a few more of them. 2 eSATA ports are located on a bracket which can be installed on a rear PCI slot. These will take up two internal SATA ports if you connect them. The only other gripes I have is the lack of an LED status indicator and the questionable color scheme, which took me a while to get used to. Overall, the UD3P is probably the best P45 mobo in its price range, and definitely a good alternative to the popular P5Q Pro.

I have been running motherboards similar to this in many systems. Never had one crap out on me. Had p35-ds3l, p45-ds3l and now this one. I love every one of them. Use to have an EVGA, and a DFI mobo, none of them compare to the gigabyte (well the DFI one came close... but it failed on me)

This is the best motherboard around. I have this on my Q9550. I was running the Q9550 on my old 750i motherboard, and was not happy with the overclock (only a measely 3.4ghz barely stable). Went to this board, easily got 4Ghz on my Q9550 within 30 minutes of tweaking. The BIOS are a little complicated for the average user, although for an enthuthiast/overclocker/gamer, this is the best socket 775 board around. This board even comes with 2 esata slots (with the included bracket), which is an added bonus. Basically you cannot go wrong with this board, it has so many features, and overclocks great, I don't know how anyone could write a bad review for it.

Cons: no debug led, but for the price, this is the best board around.

Pros: Overclocking, stability, functionality, features, added software/utility, ease of use, dual bios!
Comment:
Bought this board as a replacement for my socket939, so going from a single socket cpu to a dual socket is quit the leap. Paired with an e7400, with a simple bump from 266fsb to 333 the e7400 runs at 3.5ghz(333x10.5) stock voltage q 44-45C at load on a stock cooler! Going from a cpu score of 994(2.5ghz 250x10q1.5v 3700+ sandiego) on 3dmark09 to almost 3k with the e7400. I have to say, this board has exceeded my expectations. With its overclocking potential, dual bios(which is amazing when overclcocking), stability and features i am so happy. And i highly recommend this board to anyone looking for an intel s775 system.

Cons: Won't do my laundry like a P55 board would.

Pros: Solid board, tons of overclocking tools, support for all LGA775 CPUs, very high FSB limit
Comment:
This board is obviously designed with overclocking in mind, which is why it holds the world record FSB. Matched with my e5200 and 4gb of 800mhz memory this board is overkill, but allow for a great overclock and the ability to upgrade to another higher end LGA775 cpu. Otherwise, with all the features it seems like a great fit for a server.
