Cons: The 5.25 bay won't fit in my case

Pros: Integrated sound, looks cool
Comment:
This motherboard is fantastic! I like the overall aesthetic of it, the sound is amazing, touch bios is only useful for adjusting the bios while logged on. Also the 5.25in bay won't fit in my case, but I don't think I need that.

Cons: Only 2 pci express 3.0 slots i 8x when they are both filled, no room if you want a third card. Weird decision for such a high end board.

Pros: Great board for those who want an all out gaming board with all the bells and whistles
Comment:
Very solid, I like the color scheme since it matches my nvidia haf x case. Also future proof for new upcoming graphics cards and ivy bridge cpu's. Very happy with my purchase!

Cons: - Not meant for serious overclockers- MOSFET heat sinks do feel somewhat flimsy- Inconvenient SATA3 placement next to GPU's x16 PCIe slot

Pros: + Excellent board arrangement/spacing between elements in general+ Easy set-up and BIOS navigation+ Good utilities from Gigabyte+ Handy and well built front-panel accessory+ Instant x7 multiplier+ Top-notch integrated sound card+ Z68 Chipset+ Aesthetics
Comment:
This motherboard is part of my first custom built PC and I am very pleased with it; I pre-ordered it right as it was available because of the very favourable reviews it was getting from renowned reviewers all around the net. What really attracted me to this board was the cool built-in features as the X-Fi sound chip and the general awesomeness of the Z68 chipset. I must say the Bigfoot network chip was a plus although you won't feel a difference if you plan on using it for online gaming; but the Network Manager utility that it comes with is somewhat handy.Everything except the MOSFET heat-sinks feels very solid and well built on this board, from the capacitors to the front-panel accessory. On the other hand, I too was sceptic about the general aesthetics of this motherboard, with the ammo clip and gun barrel and all, but once you throw a GPU, memory sticks and a CPU heat sink on it, it just look so, so good. Running SLI would entirely cover the ammo clip, except the litte copper tainted bullet, which still looks very good with the copper heat pipes of my GPU.All-in-all, I really enjoy this future-proof motherboard. Although its price can be a deal-breaker for some, once you compare it to equivalent boards without high quality sound cards, and knowing that post Z68 chipsets won't integrate as many good new features, you'll find out that it is correctly priced.System Build:Corsair 800DCorsair AX1200Intel Core i7 2600K u 4.5GHzCorsair H100 CPU CoolerGigabyte G1 Sniper2ASUS GTX580 Matrix u 920MHzCorsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600MHz 8-8-8-24Corsair Force GT 120Gb - Main DriveWD Caviar Black 64Mb 2Tb - Storage
