Cons: None so far

Pros: Low cost, lots of USB ports, HDMI capable
Comment:
I purchased this board to repair a clients compaq. The motherboard was a great match for the computer. I didn't even have to restore the operating system as it all all drivers to update  without errors. If you need a replacement board for an HP/Compaq product, this is the one to buy.

Cons: -2 ram slots

Pros: -great board-fair price-reliable

Built friend's computer with this board and so far no problems. I bought a few Gigabyte boards in the past and all of them still work perfectly. I would recommend this board for anyone building a basic computer.

Cons: Only 2 sata cables (this is pushing it, what do you really expect from a sub $70 mobo?)

Pros: Cheap to buyVGA, DVID, and HDMI out
Comment:
This is actually my first product from Gigabyte and I'm throughly impressed. It's cheap to buy (and cheaper after pm), has a MIR, full hdmi, vga, and dvid connections, and actually decent build quality. For a cheap, surf the web using the plasma computer, this is the perfect fit!

Cons: gets pretty hot (70-80) when using integrated vid card

Pros: dual monitor support with integrated vid card
Comment:
Passive cooling creates a lot of heat with this mobo especially when using the integrated vid card. The card is a good deal, supports DDR2 ram for people who have some left. Come with one heatsink with a gigabyte logo on it, can be removed to increase airflow. Motherboard is sturdy and can only cores/OC.

Cons: None for the price

Pros: Excellent AMD board for the price
Comment:
Great boards for budget builds and office computers. DVI and HDMI output. As expected from Gigabyte, all componens (including capacitors) on the board are of excellent quality. The boards is also an excellent overclocker, reaching 270-280 MHz FSB without any issues. Be sure you know the limitations of the 760g chipset and see if these limitations will affect you prior to purchasing it; for office and surfing computers, this board is perfect.

Cons: only 4 sata ports, only 1 case fan pin and 2 ddr2 slot

Pros: after more than 2 months a can tell you that for the price is a nice motherboard, for a htpc use, regular use or entre level gaming use. support up to phenom ii x6 and give the option to unlock the phenom ii x2 and x3
Comment:
prety nice and give the opportunity to evolve without changing everything in one shot. I use the one with a phenom II x2 550 and I did unlock the two extra core and it work very nice

Cons: -Only two ram slots

Pros: -mATX-Inexpensive-adequate connectivity
Comment:
I have had a very good experience with this board so far. Kind of wish it had a four ram slots and usb 3.0 but at this price that is probably asking to much. all my old (not counting the cpu) and new components worked fine with it. Can't wait to put it in my nzxt Vulcan case when it gets here.

Cons: Only 2 memory slots, 1 PS/2 port.

Pros: Great price, decent build quality.
Comment:
At this price, I wouldn't expect more than 2 memory slots, and I was too cheap to spring more $$$. I purchased this to use for a budget build for my kid. The system has an Athlon II X2 250 CPU, 8800 GT Video card and 2GB generic DDR2-800 RAM and can run any game he's tried at 1024 X 768 on high detail, with no issues at all.The BIOS has lots of features for a budget board as well.I would purchase this again, especially at this price with no problem at all.

Cons: could have an optical or digital coax audio, but not really a con for the price range.

Pros: Features, reliability, price
Comment:
Great board, I've used quite a few of this for builds and no complaints and always make for a happy customer. A digital audio out would have been nice, great board.

Cons: no hardware accelerationno spdifonly 2 dimm slots

Pros: Dirt cheapHDMIGood brand
Comment:
I built a computer for someone who mainly uses the internet and watches the odd movie. I've had good experiences with Gigabyte and this board is sufficient for this person's needs.Other than a basic computer, I would not recommend this for anything else, not even a HTPC as it doesn't support hardware acceleration. I would at least get a 780G board.

Cons: HDMI out does not supply sound, had to run extra cables to enable sound when using HDMI to my TV.

Pros: good price and included features
Comment:
Combined this board with an AMD Athlon II 250 3.0ghz and Kingston Hyper X 2x1gb PC6400. The system works well for it's intended use as a HTPC. With Windows 7 installed the system is pretty quick and a pleasure to use. Video and DVD playback is flawless. Surfing and watching video at the same time works well, no stalling or hesitation. Can't comment on gaming, this machine will probably never have a game played on it.

Cons: Not fully featured Not the fastest onboard chipset

Pros: Price, performance, layout and brand.
Comment:
Despite that fact this boards chipset is 760G it's still great board for the money if you do not need all the extras like eSATA, firewire and plan on using a discrete graphics card. The south bridge 710 allows for some advanced overclocking features and can also unlock dual core Phenom's to Quad core with ease, be warned though when unlocking cores you will loose the ability to monitor your core temps so be sure to get a really good CPU heatsink or be prepared to buy a new CPU and motherboard.

Cons: Maybe the 760 chipset if your after the 785.

Pros: Price! HDMI, 8 USB ports, AMD 760 chipset good for movies etc.
Comment:
For me I choose this board for a customer that wanted to watch DVD's (Media Center) and Internet plus light gaming. This did all that with ease. I built with the 785 chipset aswell and this build showed no loss at all in video. Actually I just built with the ASUS 785 board and I hated it's feature when in sleep mode where the case light flashes..this board didn't do that! Anyways, I really liked how smooth this board worked and setup plus it has ACC in BIOS if your using an unlockable AMD chip for the extra cores. I don't know...you can choose something else but definately don't overlook this one if your stretching your dollar. You won't lose!

Cons: no real weakness but whats up with gigabytes color scheme it looks like it was thrown up by a cotton candy monster

Pros: Great board lots of raid options perfect for an htpc, gaming (additional video card preffered), office etc
Comment:

Cons: - Can't recognized the correct memory timings and no manual option to set timings in BIOS- only one case fan pin- poor overclocking options in BIOS

Pros: - solid chipset - good integrated graphics with DVI and HDMI- lots of USB ports- Gigabyte build quality- low price before MRI and after PM
Comment:
Supported an Athlon II x3 425 right out of the box. Bought this as a budget upgrade from the very old i945. I am very impressed with this board. It offers many features such as RAID, HD3000, solid state capacitors, LOTS of USB ports and dual BIOS that other intel boards don't for the same price. Also, AMD's cool and quiet is very useful for keep noise level down. The only cons are the BIOS which has no manual memory timing settings and causes my RAM to run slower than its suppose to. But the difference is only a few percentages. Also, it has poor overclocking features in the BIOS so if you want to overclock use the EasyTune6.Its a very good board if your on a budget, especially if you consider the CPU's that AMD offers for the budget range
