This is a great laptop with great performance and looks! The only thing I don't like is the fact that it has a GPU switching feature. It switches from the 540M to the built-in Intel HD 3000 graphics, making my games perform at very low framerates. I did try to fix it in the Nvidia Control Panel, but still have problems.

This is a massive deal that i have had for 900 shipped at home, i would not be able to get any other pc with this stenght for 850$. I might change to ssd and add little ram and bluetooth but any of this upgrade are really necessary. mayb sdd would be a good investment concidering the hdd limit the power of computing on this laptop maybe. 6 gb is confortable anought i do not go over 2.5 gb usually...

It's really sad that a laptop this powerful has such a bad build quality. The keyboard and lid has more flex than a diving board! The palm rest too isn't really solid.Also the textured trackpad is not great, I like when it glides and the texture makes it kinda ruff.The display is very nice if you have good eyes, 1920x1080 on a 15.6" screen makes everything small, especially the text. Obviously you can adjust the DPI so it's not that bad. The image is sharp and the brightness, contrast and color reproduction are great. Another good thing is the sound, with 4 speakers (2 at the bottom and 2 beneath the screen) and THX certified, it really is something else! Thanks to the Sandy Bridge i7 2630QM and the Geforce GT540M games are running smooth and the overall system performance is great.I got it on special at $850 and honestly you won't get a better value than this in terms of performance/price ratio. However I'm really disapointed by the build quality and I might return it. It feels really cheap...If you're all about performance, get it. If you like to have a sturdy laptop that feels like it's going to last, avoid it!

Unbelievable amazing screen & resolutionbest laptop screen I have ever seen. color, contrast, brightness, etc..1920x1080 Full HD 15.6'' LED-BackLit..super fast too, CPU, video card is good enough for mecan't expect to run everything in max in 1920x1080 thoanyway, for the screen quality and price, totally recommend.
