This power supply has been in my new gaming build for about a month. No problems at all. It installed very easy with no mods. It runs nice and quiet. Very good medium grade power supply. |

This was a great deal. I upgraded my videocard and needed more power. Thus far, I have had no trouble with this psu. If I had to offer one critique it would be that it only has 2 sata power connections which means you will also need to purchase extra adapters if you run more than the supplied connectors. Otherwise, a great value! |

I am not understanding the negative reviews, this is a GREAT 550w PS, its quiet, and has everything I need, it was exactly what I ordered, and what they said it was. You have to take into consideration when reviewing, there are going to be bad products, thats a part of life. to me this is a great PS, and its everything that I needed, and will allow expansion if I choose to do so. |

Unit is powering a mid-tier gaming rig. Runs quietly and consistently. Larger fan keeps it cool. Great buy for the power. |

This power supply stopped working after four months and the company told me that it is out of warranty. Waste of time and money. No help from PowerUp at all! |

I'm new to computer upgrades & such.I'd decided to upgrade my Dell Dimension 2400's memory & vidcard & was informed that the power supply would have to be done to.(mine was only 200 Watts) I figured at this price it'd be a good deal. One thing it needs is a chart showing what wires goes where.(for us total newbies)I'm still hoping that I got everything hooked up lol. |

Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. I had a 750W model of this and thinking that it will be good for a long time and lots room for upgrade. Needless to say, it died on me and the warranty only lasts for 30 days. I got myself a Ultra LS750. Wow, the difference in quality (sound, cables, texture) is night and day. |

For a 550 watt PS this is the best deal. My old power supply was dying when I ordered this one. It was an easy instalation and I havn't had a single problem with it yet. |

I replaced a 350 watt supply with this one. I'm glad I did as I added other devices that required power. The extra connectors came in very handy. The fan is little noisy but definitely moves air out of the case. |

For the price, this is a solid PS. A little vague about the wiring on a couple of areas, but figured it out in five minutes online. No real issues. |

It was almost doa but did die within 2 weeks. I'm waiting to see if service is better than the product! |
I had a power up originally. In attempting to find out why my computer stopped working, thought it was the power supply. Purchased a second one, found that wasn't the problem. When trying to return the item, it listed instructions then wants you to request a return authorization. I did so. Only problem was I was waiting for them to send an email or a mailed return authorization, nothing. So when I went back to their site to figure out what was going on I then by accident found the return authorization. Then wasn't able to find the same return instructions, I hadn't printed out or saved since I was using another computer. Had to end up calling customer service. Very long time for entire process and me without my computer. They need to clarify how to look for return authorization or email it separate, and have return instructions continually available. Otherwise everything else was great (service, product).
