Pros: Minimal setup required. Works perfectly.

A breeze to install with minimal setup needed. All I had to do was install the drivers, and then everything worked without any issues.

Cons: Very bright LED, some freezing in TF2

Pros: Small, works
Comment:
A good, cheap wireless card. I get good reception one floor away from the router, but periodically I experience wireless-related freezes in Team Fortress 2 - think a small hiccup that, occasionally, causes a complete system lockup.Otherwise, this wireless card has performed its duties in an excellent fashion.

Got tired of extra cords so went wireless. This was on sale and had good reviews so I bought two for our computers. Had no problems installing it and have had no problems with my internet, works great.

Cons: Pain in the A$$ to get working

Pros: Cheap when on salegreat signal strength
Comment:
My own fault as to why it was a pain in the ass to get working, my router had issues, once those were resolved this little guy worked like a charm, now i have all 5 PC's networked in harmony, all with different network cards, this has great signal strength. was super cheap on sale and or price matched.the drivers it came with are fine, just check your router settings. doH.

Pros: Price!Works as intendedHaven't had connection issues yet
Comment:
I have two of these installed in my home network and both have worked without any real problems. The second one had an IRQ conflict with my sound card but that was quickly resolved by just swapping PCI slots. I have achieved download speeds around 700 kb/s using Shaw High Speed (haven't really done much downloading with this computer) and network transfer speeds over the wireless with a WRT54GL come in around 2.3 MB/s, much slower than a network cable, but I was sick of having a cable running across the floor to this computer I kept stashed away.

Pros: High speed,stable signal,low latency
Comment:
This device can reach the maximum speed of Shaw cable internet with low latency. The signal is more stable than my old USB device. It works great with Win 7 64bit. Good buy for the price. This review was modfied by poster @ 02-04-10 08:55 PM

Pros: Works with x64 XP
Comment:
Originally had a card from Asus because it was cheaper, but later found out it didn't work with Windows XP 64bit even though it it said it does. Not sure if this one says x64 XP but it works. Software is ok, but just stuck with the wireless wizard in windows

Pros: Stays connected. Windows 7 64 and 32 bit pick up drivers automatically.
Comment:
I got one of these around a couple of months ago and Win 7 picked it up right away. Good signal reception compared to a cheapo USB wireless connector I was using (USB wireless signal dropped out often and was fairly weak which is why I was replacing it).Works so well I ordered another one for my HTPC (32 bit Win 7).PM'd for a very reasonable price btw.

Cons: none for the price

Pros: Easy to install, good reception
Comment:
Installation was easy and signal reception excellent from upstairs to downstairs. I'm not a fan of using 3rd party connection software over windows zero config but the software that comes with this card is actually quite good.

Cons: Drivers for Windows 7 provided by Gigabyte (for Vista) are not good.

Pros: Great signal strength after using a 3rd party antenna, price is low
Comment:
Purchased 4 of these nics to use at various places, was having problems with the signal dropping off and the connection being weak. I updated the drivers to the latest provided by Ralink and now the card works great. Would purchase more of these with a 3rd party antenna as they are great and cheap and work wonderfully.

Pros: low pricequality
Comment:
I bought this network card to go with my asus router. Its an overally good card for the price, it has nothing to envy to a dlink or other popular brands. I would recommend this wireless network card for anyone who is looking for a cheap wireless card. Check the special sales prices, it can be very low price. Some people said they have connection problem, on my side I didn'T have any, I'm using 7 with it.

This seems to be the best cheap adapter, at least the one with the best reviews. Installed it in a Vista x64 machine without any difficulties. Signal strength is good, though it's not that far away from the router. No problems so far.

Over the past year, I've installed many of these cards. All have been excellent. Drivers can be installed right through Windows update  -- no need for the driver CD. Reception and signal strength are excellent.

Cons: - i had some minor problems at first with the drivers, but solved after a bit of tweaking

Pros: - fast- efficient- signal is strong
Comment:
Don't use the drivers that came with it. I would recommend you get the latest drivers from the official website or even let Vista/W7 search for it for you automatically, it will save you a lot of time.other than that, highly recommended

Cons: may have to play around with the settings

Pros: Pretty cheap, updated drivers
Comment:
Unfortunatly, out of the box, the thing simply could not hold a connection. I found that the default setting to the adapter was "802.11b ONLY" for some reason. After switching the mode to "g", everything went along smoothly.

Cons: No low profile bracket included

Pros: Very easy to setup, installation was a breeze
Comment:
Ran out of ports on my router, so I picked this up for a spare desktop. Installation went flawlessly on XP and it's working now. One problem is that for low profile cases it doesn't come with a low profile bracket, meaning that you'd need to either make one yourself or buy one. I wouldn't have minded paying an extra $1 for a bracket.

Cons: Signal strength could be a tad better or utilize two antennae instead of one

Pros: -low price-software ain't too bad compared to some alternatives (*coughs* Asus)
Comment:
At this price, it works great for a computer that can't be connected to the web by means of wire. I suppose, coupled with a router like the WRT54GL, it's quite good.
