Cons: not dual core - cannot film in 720p - FM radio and transmitter not active - no del on the front to show message, voicemail or anything else like the Nexus one.
Pros: S-AMOLED screen, speed, NFC tag ready, use Androidcan play x264 800x480 film perfecly Comment:
A really Great phone, I bought it from my cell phone provider, videotron, with use the same AWS network than mobilicity.Faster than my previous Nexus one. The Super Amoled Screen is incredible. I can't imagine better picture quality. 800x480 movies look really great on the display. contrast are amazing. It has am NFC tag system so we will eventually be able to use it to pay with it.It will be the first to be upgraded to the next Android version.Sad that it cannot film in 720p and that the FM chips inside have not been coded in the OS :( |

Cons: *large*single core
Pros: *fast*latest updates*stylish Comment:
This is a great phone. It's light and stylish. Importantly, it's the first to receive google's software updates. However, the downside is that it's a single core and it will be outdated in a year. That's the price of owning smartphones. |

Cons: Camera is not very good.No HD video recording. No storage addon capacity.
Pros: Beautiful SAMOLED screen.Fast performance.Pure Google Experience is a huge plus.Good battery life. Comment:
Bought this phone from the United States back in January to use with WIND Mobile here in Toronto, and it also works with Mobilicity (tested with my gf's SIM). Very good phone with great reception, definitely recommend it. |

Cons: - CPU is a bit dated - 1GHz Snapdragon single-core- Camera can't zoom- Lots of plastic
Pros: - Great screen - Super AMOLED- Pre-loaded with stock Android Gingerbread (2.3)- Extremely customizable; Easily unlockable boot loader- Unlocked out of the box, works with EDGE/2G for Canadian Big 3 carriers, and Mobilicity/Wind for 3G- Feels solidly built Comment:
This is a very good smartphone. It does not have many flashy hardware features compared to its competition, however there is a very strong software and developer backbone.Battery life varies, but using the phone for a full day isn't an issue. One minor complaint is that the 5.0 MP camera is very primative; it does not even have digital zoom. A workaround is to crop the pictures using Android's Gallery feature.I definitely recommend unlocking and rooting. There are several tutorials and custom firmwares/applications over at XDA-Developers.com - these are essentials for the enthusiast.I'm using CyanogenMod 7 Stable with Netarchy BFS kernel on my Nexus S - lots of extra features included such as tethering, UI enhancements, CPU overclocking, etc. |

Cons:
Wifi as was mentioned by other reviewer as well
Pros: Great ScreenVery ResponsiveAndroid OSNot having to use iTunes Comment:
Replaced my iPhone4 (Rogers) and I absolutely love it! The screen is beautiful. The phone is also very responsive; not laggy at all like some other android phones I've tried. The WiFi is a little finnicky but with a 6gig data plan I just disabled it and don't bother with it anymore. All in all, a great phone. Not having to use iTunes ever again is just icing on the cake. |
As for the phone, it's what you'd expect. Google's let out ICS for the Nexus S, so expect to update once you get it. It works with both Mobil and the major networks, so you've always got one to fall back on. The phone has a nice screen, decent speakers, and is easy to get a lot out of.As for mobilicity, only recommended for city-slickers. They only cover certain urban zones and you can only get roaming on rogers everywhere else. Their network can be a bit patchy at times, but they have fantastic rates. If they fit your lifestyle, I would strongly recommend them over becoming a puppet of the Big 3.2 more things: I didn't actually purchase from NCIX, and NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with a Mobil moneymart location.
