While shopping for a card reader and or a usb hub. After searching everywhere I settled on this one. Glad I did. It works great. Does everything claimed. Good build quality and great service. Price could be a little cheaper, other than that, great deal. Recommended for everyone. |
I am a heavy user of card slots and usb devices, swapping them frequently throughout the day. Having a card reader and usb ports on the same hub is huge for convenience. Previous combo devices have been way less than stellar. But this combination hub is wonderful. The quality and engineering is excellent. Cards, including compact flash cards, insert straight every time. All cards refresh every time without having to reinitialize, even multiple times in just a few minutes. Used to think the software was the problem. All the ports work. It reads and transfers even the largest of files rapidly. The cost is great for such quality, diversity and convenience. This is the first time I have ever given top ratings in every category. However, it is only been in use a couple of weeks and I will be looking at the long term durability of this device.
