Cons: Some problems under Ubuntu 12.10 and 13.04, but far less than Intel HD 2000

Pros: Work as expected
Comment:
Bought on of these for my HTPC under linux since I have a lot of problem with the Intel built-in in my I3-2220T. If I stay away from "official" drivers, everything works well. 1080P movies works flawlessly and HDMI audio work without problem.

Cons: None

Pros: Cheap, 2 Monitors
Comment:
Bought this for work, supports 2 monitors. Shouldn't spend more than $50 for 2 monitors unless you need eyefinity or 3+ monitors.

Cons: high defect rate

Pros: powerful cheap card
Comment:
The card is extremely cheap compared to alternatives when you get a 10 dollar rebate and with a price match. The card was overkill for what I needed but it gets the job done at an affordable price.

Cons: Not a fan of MIR

Pros: Cool, Quiet, No stuttering, Low Profile
Comment:
This card is great for any home theater pc setup, While the 1G of vram is a little overboard, it doesn't hurt. I am able to play 1080p content (youtube, blueray, mkv etc) without any stuttering from the video card. The fan is very quiet, inaudible really. even when fully taxed, it doesn't get very hot and is still silent. The HDMI output is a must and works perfectly with my HDTV.Often goes on sale with MIR, while not my favorite, it does the job and for a ~$20 card. you can't go wrong. However, if you are building a multimedia pc, i would recommend an AMD APU, they would perform much better and is a cleaner solution overall. This would only be for adding and HDMI video source to older hardware.

Cons: white lines and blue artifacts Pain to update  bios and still doesn't work

Pros: Cheap but useless if it doesn't work
Comment:
I bought this card and it had the known issue of white lines across the screen. I update d the bios and that fixed the lines but now I get Blue Artifacts all over the screen.Bios update  isn't automatic. You have to download a program to do it. It's obvious the reason this card is so cheap is because it has a high defect rate.Don't buy this card

Cons: needs immediate bios update  to F22 to fix horizonal line artifact problem. when using low profile, lose a vga adapter.

Pros: Cheap. Quiet card. Provides DVI/HDMI out in low profile adapter
Comment:
So. bought 2 of these for the office to upgrde to DVI/HDMI connections.I'm writing this review to warn people. In Mid-january 2013; the card I bought at the time had a horizontal line intermittently appearing on the desktop. Tried changing settings/drivers - no improvement. You have to flash/update  the bios to F22 (available from Gigabyte's website) in order to fix this issue. Updating the bios seems to have fixed the problem for me now.Wasted a lot of time to figure this out. It is documented by others online as well with this specific model.Has something to do with the memory chips in this model or something - shrug.A lot of people out there won't know how to flash/update  their video card bios. What's worse, I had to use ATIwinflash as the gigabyt utility download kept crashing on windows xp.

Cons: very slow card

Pros: pricedx11smalllow power
Comment:
the card does the job to surf the internet but dont expect to pay big games at high settings very often... the card is very slow and give me a windows rating of about 4. otherwise the price is good and the card doesnt take a big power supply or a big case. it is small and no need for power cable to plug it.personally i got a broken cd with the card and this is not good.

Cons: Required a BIOS update  to correct screen artifact even on Windows desktop. Potentially risky to do so kind of a big con.

Pros: Silent, decodes any video out there, even plays games half decently.
Comment:
This card is exactly what I needed it for. It is going in a basic desktop so nothing fancy was needed. It actually performs well above what I expected. Video decode is flawless (after BIOS update) and it runs games at much higher settings than I expected out of a $15 card. For the money I couldn't ask for more. Would be great in an HTPC (even comes with a LP bracket).

Cons: None for $10 after Rebate

Pros: Cheap and Reliable
Comment:
I purchased this card for my son's desktop. He is able to play World of Warcraft/Minecraft/Runescape with greater that 30 FPS f 1440 x 900. Its good enough for anyone on a budget who does very light gaming. And for $10 I can't complain. 5 Stars.

Cons: Metal bracket is connected to the board's ground (eek!)

Pros: Low CostLow Profile (Will work with most low profile boxes)
Comment:
Got this off from a boxing day sale, 9.99 after MIR's. AMD's GPU's typically do the job for a virtualization host that typically doesn't have anything connected to the monitor ports. However once I poked the card around with an ohmmeter I discovered the metal bracket is connected to the board's ground. Yes, connected to the ground. If any device was using a shielded cable and the other end is also grounded, this can cause a ground loop which is a(n) electrical death trap. Ground loops anyone?

Cons: Constantly crashes display adapter driver when waking up from standbyScreen pixelates into blocks and the display adapter crashes.Tried it on windows 7 and windows xp with every single driver available and still had these problems.

Pros: Decent power for the price when it works.
Comment:
Maybe I just got a lemon, would rate 1 star if I could.

good for a htpc setup or for a low end computer. The card produces decent graphics with my ivy bridge setup. MIR did come but it may take a long time from gigabyte.

Pros: Cheap and works straight from the box

This does what its suppose to. I use this only for setting up dual monitors and its def not for gaming. Works right away and driver are included or online. I had the HD5450 as well and that one still works great. Really impressed with Gigabyte products.

Cons: MIR?

Pros: With Fan. Not too noisy. Stable driver.
Comment:
The drivers for AMD GPU are quit stable. Easy setup. With fan, won't create  too much burden for the system fan.The noise level is fine.About the MIR, used the link provide by NCIX:https://gigabyte.4myrebate.com/?oc=GIG-6392Although the date is selected by an date selection window (in which no user mistake can be made cause it limits the date you can pick), their rebate system keeps on complaining about "Invalid Date". Any one else has the same issue here?I used 4myrebate's rebate service before, it was reliable. What's going on recently?
