Cons: HDMI not included, Other than that there is nothing else I can think of!

Pros: Awesome price, really big screen, great value
Comment:
The monitor is really great so far. Seeing as most monitors with this rich of color and technology are in the $400+ range this is a great value! I hook my laptop up to the monitor when it is docked and see no performance lag or color loss, which is really nice if you are in my shoes. In addition the monitor is super light, and was a LOT bigger than what I thought it would be. If you are looking for a reasonably cheap monitor that will perform anything you throw at it, I promise you this is the monitor for you! Best regards,Blake

Cons: solid stand would be nice if it had a adjustable stand but for the price thats alot to expect.

Pros: cleansize pricecolors and contrastno ghosting visablelooks great in games
Comment:
For the price of this 27 inch monitor one can hardly expect more. I bought this for my guest gaming pc as i felt bad for having a 22 inch screen there so i thought well this looks like a decent and cheap monitor that's more than big enough.what i didn't expect was the great colors brightness and contrast that it offers along with so far zero ghosting 4ms response time is perfectly acceptable and i expected it would be ok anyways but this monitor has blown me away for the price and quality. i got mine for $209.99 which made it even better. and all the guests I've had over really love it in fact a few friends who were non believers of bigger screens ran out and bought this same monitor after visiting me as they were impressed with the great color quality , contrasts and visibility when using it. I could not be happier really with my purchase so far its been a really great gaming monitor. I have a Samsung 27 inch that i use at work and to be fair this monitor has better contrast and better blacks ect which surprised me because of the price difference between the two the Samsung is 1ms as opposed to this 4ms but i truly cant see any difference in ghosting of images as this monitor has none so far. cant go wrong with a 27 inch e 200$ . a adjustible stand like my Benq XL2420TX would have been nice but its doubtfull your going to see that at this price range as my XL2420TX was more than twice as much. and to be honest i prefer the 27 inch screen hands down it makes me wish i would have waited for the 27 inch benQ Xl screen to come out.

Cons: Mediocre Stand (tilt only)Bad default settingsAbsorbs ambient light

Pros: Good color reproductionGood brightnessGood pixel performance (response time) for an IPS-like monitor27 Inches
Comment:
So I received the GW2750HM in the mail two weeks ago. The default brightness was at 100 and it was eye-blindingly bright. I lowered it down to 14, changed the on-monitor gamma setting to 4, lowered the 'blue' value to 95 (100,100,95 to get rid of the blue tint on the whites) and it is STILL brighter than the old CFL backlit monitor which I previously had, then ran Windows monitor calibration, then ran it through a battery of monitor tests. Result:-Color Vibrance: Really good. Pictures with vibrant colors look very vibrant, but without colors blowing out at all. One thing I did notice when comparing to my old monitor was that the 'Windows 7' wallpaper (the blue one with the planty looking white streaks) actually looks blue on my new monitor, and its a rich 'full' blue with only the tiniest hint of cobalt. On my old one, it takes on a strangely 'aqua' color on the brighter parts of the image, the result of my old TN monitor being physically unable to reproduce some colors even with tweaking.-Sharpness: Default sharpness setting of '1' is perfect. This is a good thing.-Responsiveness/Motion Blur: Comparable to a TN monitor (which is good). You don't notice poor pixel response or ghosting in daily usage if you use the 'High' AMA setting. I wouldnt recommend using the Premium AMA setting as that overcompensates and creates 'inverted' ghosting which is just as bad as regular ghosting.-Brightness Shift: Not bad. The brightness shifts as move you your head from left-to-right but it's very subtle, though has the potential to blow out highlights or overdarken dark spots if you move your head too much to the left or right, but keep in mind that this is only at the very top or very bottom of the spectrum (luminance values 1,2,3,252,253,254)-Color Shift: Almost nonexistent. The only color shift i've seen was on a pure red background, the left side of the picture tends to look slightly pinkish if you move your head to the right.Backlight Bleed: Almost nonexistent. I was watching a movie in super widescreen, and the blackbars at the top and bottom of the screen looked black enough that you couldnt really tell it apart from the black bezel.-Light reflections: The screen is matte and tends to absorb ambient light, especially if it would otherwise be directly reflecting towards the viewer's eyes. But this creates problems when viewing dark things, because the light source still affects the surface of the screen and so can drown out some of the darkest shades. It's not as bad as a fully reflective screen in this regard, but it should be noted that the monitor manufacturer could have did a better job at reflecting ambient light away from the viewer. To get the best out of really dark spots of an image, you should be mindful of where you place your light sources, or simply boost the gamma of dark movies and games if viewing in a brightly lit room.-Overall: It's a fine monitor but nothing immediately mind blowing. Still worth the price I paid for it ($220 CAD) and I don't regret the purchase in the slightest. I think I would have liked to have tried a 120hz monitor instead because i'm a gamer, but this one is not bad. Satisfied, overall.

Upgrading from a 20in LG so this is a big step up. Wanted something that would let me work in Adobe Illustrator and Solidworks with less eye strain. The icons are getting very small.I'm not well informed on monitor technology so I cannot really comment how well this stacks up to other monitors.Should have got this when they were $200 but stocks ran out so paid $250.

Cons: The OSD menu is laggy, as other people have commented on, but this is not a big deal unless you need to constantly change the OSD settings. You can't access the OSD unless the monitor is receiving an incoming video signal, which is extremely stupid. If the monitor isn't set to "auto detect" and you don't have the type of cable that it's set to receive, then you're screwed I think.

Pros: Image quality seems good. I have done lots of document writing/editing, movie watching, video watching, gaming, and web-browsing, and it works well for me. The screen pretty good even if I have friends over and we watch a movie/video from the couch. It is an "MVA" 27" monitor. Very light/ small footprint. Low energy consumption. Has HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, and 1/8th inch audio jack inputs. Has tiny speakers which work in a pinch. Image quality seems good. I have done lots of document writing/editing, movie watching, video watching, gaming, and web-browsing, and it works well for me. The screen pretty good even if I have friends over and we watch a movie/video from the couch. It has an auto detect setting for the video cable, which is useful.
Comment:
It does everything I expect it to very well, and I use my computer heavily for document editing, high and low res video watching, gaming, and web browsing. I do not have any problems with eye strain.I have never had a problem with any of the "cons" that I mention, I'm just aware that these could be problems for some people. At the price that NCIX keeps offering this monitor, it seems like one of the best values on the market. A perfect multi-use monitor for anybody who doesn't want to spend double, triple, or more for something only slightly better.

Cons: Ghosting

Pros: Great monitor for the priceVibrant colorsGood stabilityDecent viewing angles
Comment:
I've been doing a lot of shopping and researching on a new (larger) monitor for awhile now when I stumbled across this one. I wanted the 1920x1080 resolution so I wouldn't have to upgrade my GPU for games, and a 27" monitor seemed like it would eat my 21.5" monitor. It's a great deal for what you are getting, however, the 4ms response time seems a little generous. I noticed some serious ghosting, and that was with AMA on premium. I understand that is mainly due to the fact that this is a AMVA panel, which is normally common to have ghosting, but it was more noticeable than I anticipated.Don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic monitor. It performs well for everyday tasks and makes movies look great (as long as they aren't too fast paced). I would just like to caution anybody that may be looking into this monitor for gaming or if you need a good response time. You may find a better investment in an IPS panel (can be pricey) or even a TN panel if you are on a budget.Closing: Gamers, avoid this monitor. Actually, you should probably avoid all AMVA panels. Stick with IPS or TN. Check out the 27" XL2720T by BenQ for reference.Everyone else, this monitor is awesome if you don't need a high response time. The colors are great and it is a steal at this price point. At least when I was looking into it, it was only 2 bills. Definitely recommended.Still rating 5 stars because this monitor is not advertised for gamers. So, honestly, this is my fault. Not the fault of BenQ or NCIX, although I do think a little more justification on how they got the 4ms response time would be interesting. I ended up returning this and went for a TN to get a better response time.Do your research!

Cons: Built in speaker is functional but not much more

Pros: Excellent monitor for the price
Comment:
Bought two of these when the bundle was on sale as I wanted an upgrade for my older 24" LG and also needed a larger monitor for work. Expect to get good colour reproduction from the VA panel, whites look crisp and blacks are fairly deep. It holds its own for gaming as well from what I've seen though I don't game a lot. Built in speaker is useful but somewhat lacking but this is typical among most monitor speakers. Overall this is easily the best monitor I've owned thus far.

Cons: low pixel density and no DVI cable

Pros: big, bright, and beautiful
Comment:
I bought two of these monitors and so far have been quite pleased with them. I don't have a connoisseur's eye when it comes to colour precision, but its performance for gaming and movie-watching has been great.I do have two complaints, however. Firstly, 1080p on a 27" monitor is pretty low. For the price it's not bad, but be aware of what you're getting. It's the same pixel density as a 20" screen with an 1440x800 resolution. The screen size makes up for it, though, and it is nice to have big, readable text, and to watch 1080p video at native resolution. As well, if you live in the 21st century, you're probably planning to plug this into a DVI or HDMI port. Well, surprise! The monitor does have DVI and HDMI ports in addition to VGA, but it only includes a VGA cable in the box. Be aware of this and include a cable in your order if need be.All around I'm happy with the monitor. I currently have two of these and am planning to buy a third in the near future. Good 27" monitor for the price. Its my first LED monitor so its very bright, I set the luminosity to 30% :P. Bought it for gaming and working, I'm a programmer. As the screen stands around 2 feet away from me its just perfect. 1920x1080 max resolution is just fine for a 249$ monitor, but would expect higher resolution for a more expensive monitor. Has VGA-DVI-HDMI so it fits most setup and can be used with game consoles and has built-in speakers.

I bought this on sale for $259.99 and I couldn't be happier with a 27" LED monitor for this price range. The colors are absolutely amazing, vivid and striking. Great contrast ratio, don't let the 5000:1 native contrast ratio throw you off. It has 20M:1 dynamic contrast ratio as well, which is what all LED/LCD manufacturers really push.Great performance for gaming, no ghosting, fantastic response time. Cons: Resolution, Not very adjustable

Pros: Great Picture, Decent Speakers, Bright, Good Viewing Angles
Comment:
I have been in the market for a 27" monitor for a while, and had my mind set that I needed an IPS. When I saw this monitor go on sale, I decided to read up on it, and the reviews were favourable. I'm very glad I made this purchase.First off, the resolution will scare most people away, and that's understandable. However, for my uses, its perfect. I don't have a high end video card, so I didn't want to push it too far when playing games. The screen looks great, the picture quality is excellent. I have no complaints at all visually. The speakers are pretty decent, which I would expect. I'm not using them for my primary speakers, but, I have a KVM with my work laptop attached on one side, so I use the monitor's speakers for that, and its pretty good. The buttons on the side aren't the best, I find myself always hitting the wrong buttons, and the OSD is rather annoying. But, once you have everything set, you don't have to go back into it.I would recommend this monitor to anyone who is in the market for a BIG display, and doesn't care much about higher resolution (watching movies, playing games at lower res's).

Pros: great black level and contrast, cheap
Comment:
I thought I'd get this to match my other Benq EW2730 and move my 24" onto somewhere else. The screen is great with even lighting and was easy to set up. It has better blacks than the EW, it's just lacking the remote and USB ports. Very pleased for $200 and worth more. Great shipping time too. I ordered XMas evening and it was delivered to me in my small town on Fri.

Comment:
A great price even if you can't get it on sale for a monitor that is way better than most TN panels. If you want true high static contrast then you need this monitor. It has great deep blacks (best I've ever seen) and the colors are better and more accurate than TN panels.I had to try 2 different units until I got one that (so far) appears to have no dead/stuck pixels. So make sure you get the express coverage - its well worth it!

Pros: - Color/Contrast/Vibrancy/Viewing Angle compared to TN Panels- Price!
Comment:
For $200 this is a great monitor. As others said, the default settings were way too bright but this is easily fixed by adjusting the settings yourself.I don't use the monitor for gaming or high-pixel (graphics) work, so I can't comment on input lag and/or ghosting. The "enlarged" pixel pitch was actually beneficial to my poor eyes without needing to increase the DPI at the OS level or use a non-native resolution.
