Cons: -Experienced a problem with the LAN driver.-outdated back i/o with no dvi/hdmi but an old school 25 pin printer port

Pros: -Inexpensive -Pairs well with a lower end Sandybridge (1155) processor (pentiums and celerons)
Comment:
I didn't like the fact that this MB didn't have a usable LAN driver out of the box with Windows 7 home premium (there was a CD with the drivers but it was a pain to use).I built this PC for my mom and paired this motherboard with a celeron 530 and (sadly) it's the fastest processor/mb combo in the house at the moment. The Celeron G530 completely blows my outdated AMD athlon x2 5200+ f 3ghz out of the water - the G530 is a beast for a Celeron. I'm really happy about the cpu kinda meh about the mb - I bought the cheapest 1155, I could find. If I really want HDMI out, I can buy a cheap $20 video card.

Cons: parallel port?!?VGA only?10/100 LAN?Ram is close to CPU, can interfere with cpu coolers.

Pros: Cheap!parallel port!
Comment:
Got this mobo in a bundle deal for me to use in a home server build. Some of the board components seem archaic; VGA port, parallel port, serial port, NO gigabit lan (10/100 only). On the other side of things, a LGA1155 mATX board for in the area of $50 is a pretty good deal regardless of the connections on the back. There are other inexpensive mATX boards that offer better rear connections for a tiny price difference. If I hadn't got this as part of a bundle deal, I probably would not have chose it unless I needed a parallel or serial port for something.

Cons: Only a VGA output? Come on MSI, Give us cheap-o's a DVI oputput.

Pros: Price / ValueGood platform (Cougar Point / Sandy Bridge)
Comment:
This is probably one of the cheapest 1155 boards at the moment (unless you are buying some brand nobody in North America has ever heard of). It works well and booted right away after assembling it. Does not seem fussy about parts, I have tried several brands of RAM so far.Decent layout, and easy to assemble. Seems like a good choice for a major budget build.Would use again.

Cons: Has no Digital monitor output (HDMI or DVI), hence not suitable for a HTPC

Pros: Has UEFI supportSeems well built
Comment:
This seems like a very good budget motherboard choice, IF you are planning to add a separate video card or use it as a home server. The motherboard does not include any digital monitor outputs, which is a bit of a waste considering that the video card on the i3 or i5 could very well do the trick for most non-gamers.It is not really a complaint since you know it is the case when buying it, but still comes as a surprise that they make VGA-only motherboards these days:)On another note, the beep it makes when booting sound a lot like error sounds for other motherboards. It startles me everytime it boots!

Cons: None.

Pros: Price, and quality.
Comment:
One of the cheapest 1155 boards on the market as of this review. Great for anyone jumping into the 1155 CPU and offsetting it with this motherboard for price. Definitely not for someone looking into OCing a 1155 CPU.
