Cons: no CF bridge, takes up two rear slots

Pros: cool, quiet, requiring only 1 PCI-e power, decent performance, future CF potential
Comment:
This XFX 5750 1GB is replacing my old MSI 4670; I specifically chose the 5750 because it seemed like a logical upgrade path from the 4670 performance and power consumption-wise (it only uses like 10W more at peak, with double the performance). I haven't been disappointed. The XFX 5750 is actually quieter than the 4670, since it has better fan management, so the fan rarely goes over 50%. I was able to run crysis on very high quality a 1280x1024 with 8xAA, and it was a lot smoother than the 4670 on high with no AA.The fact that it uses only 1 PCI-e power connection is a plus; it also means I have more PSU headroom if I want to add a second one to CF in the future. However, the card doesn't come with a CF bridge, which for a mid-range card is kinda disappointing, but you can't really complain at this price point. I doubt the bridge wouldn've added much to the cost though. The card also takes up two rear slots, which is not that big of a deal if you have a spacious case/motherboard, but this is definitely not HTPC material.Overall this is a well built card, and you certainly can't beat the price. This is the first XFX card I've bought and I would buy from them again.

I honestly have to say I'm blown away by the performance of this card, but then i have to concede that i had been using the GPU of an old HP desktop up until i built my own and put this little baby in there. Love it.

Cons: Haven't experienced any problems..

Pros: FastInexpensive Lots of VramMultiple ports, including display portsupport for directx 11Small in length(compared to the high-ends one)

Going from onboard to this card. Tryied a few games at full resolution, worked well... if I could have more time to play it would be even greater. After 5 months of use, no problems with bluray, games, or anyuse for that matter. excellent card. Fan noise of the vidcard isn't really noticeable (there's the cpu, psu, case fans.. already) No noticeable excess heat either. Excellent quality/price card. More expensive Higher-end cards seems useless. Has 2xDVI, HDMI, Display Port, can plug anything you want without adapters.. unless you still need a vga port.. in that case you probably don't even need a card that is this powerfull..

Cons: speedqualitycan be noisy

Pros: pricefan works well but can be noisy

it works, but at first windows 7 had a hard time installing the hardware with the downloaded driver, after install still would recommend something is not installed properly.speed isn't has fast as expected, compared to my evga 8800 gts ssc 640mb, this is way slower. even though the evga is 2yr old got 640mb and this got 1gb. windows 7 gives it a higher score than the evga, but i wouldn't. for this price i expected more from it

This is an awesome video card. It runs very well and keeps cool with the fan. Although it does take up two slots it's well worth it. I'm really glad I made this purchase. Any gamer looking for a new video card should definitely look into this when they are available again.

One of the few video card ready for direct x11. Performance is within its price range. Other reviews from places like toms hardware do state that it really doesnt perform any better than the 4800 series radeons is true. However they and I believe that when games start using direct x11 it will have better performance. Playing COD 4 modern warfare on all the highest settings 1600x1200 resolution I was getting 92 fps. I did have to download the latest drivers, the disc did not have any for windows 7 64 bit version. It uses the pci 16 slot and blocks use of the adjacent pci slot. Fan does rev up at bootup or when waking pc but slowes right back down. Long gamings sessions does make the fan rev up and make it the loudest noise comming from my pc, but its not terrible.

Quiet, fast, runs cool, overclocks easy and safely, consumes low power. I can't believe it can be that easy to improve on itself. I want to get another one when they become available! Thanks!

This was a great video card considering it was Direct x.11. Its good for older games but when some new games come out it will perform to its best.

Great card for to cost. Aside of the fact that it uses two slots it outperforms most cards in the same price range. I use the video card with a HT1 Omega Striker 7.1 audio card for Home Theater applications and gaming. The BluRay performance is flawless. Performance is outstanding on FarCry2.

Installation was relatively easy. I am running an older HP with Windows XP media center. Caution is advised though as the card takes up two slots. Graphics driver installation went smoothly, but the audio part was a different story. When my system rebooted, all my sound was gone! I ended up going to the graphics card's website, downloading and installing their audio driver. That fixed the problem.

Not much to say here except that this card offers exceptional value for the price. Only the most demanding gamers will want more raw power. But for the rest of us still card provides an excellent balance of power, price and performance. The card is DX11 & OpGL 3.1 ready making it a good fit for those that like to work with 3D programs. A few points of note: the card does not have a VGA Connector, but does support a DisplayPort, HDMI Port, and 2- DL-DVI Ports. It does not come with any cables, so you'll have to purchase the cables of your choice when you by the card. The software package is no frills-no extras just the CCC and the Required Drivers. If you want to see what the card can do get a copy of good Benchmarking Software (You'll be glad you did).

I upgraded from XP to Windows 7 Release Candidate and the NVidia Geforce 7950 GX2 card I had had with my Dell, had always been extremely driver sensitive and never lived up to the hype of being a dual card. Needless to say, despite Nvidia claiming that it is 7 compatible, it wasn't. This card, although not quite as fast in certain applications, upgrades my onboard sound, has been rock steady, and my windows index went from 2.0 to 6.3. It has been excellent value for money.

Wonderful card, bought it for my HTPC and it worked right out of the box. One issue with Audio while watching videos online in Full Screen, audio cuts in and out, take it out of full screen, audio is fine. Weird, waiting for updated or supported drivers from is a pain, but all in all, a good card.

Cons: - driver issues. Drivers are a bit unstable and coz a few hang ups- Cooler is not the best design. Should have been a slot cooler throwing the warm air (70 C) out of the case.

Pros: small size yet powerful enough to play recent games with decent frame rate
Comment:
really nice product. Small and yet powerful enough to handle recent games. i have it installed with a core 2 quad q6600. Games play nicely, however, there seem to be issues with the driver. These issues can cause the computer to freeze or make a game quit automatically.

Cons: Drivers in windows 7 are kind of finnicky

Pros: they run cool, perform well, and they're dirt cheap.
Comment:
the cards work wonderfully, the only thing I do not like about them is installing the driversI'm running Windows 7 64 bit and it innitially autodetected them as pretty much onboard cards and maxed the res at 1400Xsomething. when I tried to run the setup installer off the disk it locked up and did nothinghad to go right in to the drivers folder and run the file itself. Having said that, once the driver was installed I haven't had a single problem. very happy with them.

Cards good and fast at gaming for not so huge resolutions and supports direct x 11..Only thing I can point out to potential buyers is that it is listed as 256bit memory bus when its not it is in fact 128 bit which does slow it down on that front and well I'd recommend 5770 or better of course if you have the extra cash.

I do not own this card at this time but will soon and I will up date this review. A friend has this card and it's a good card for the tag. Not the best but if you want DX 11 and don't wanna spend a lot on a card this will work. This card runs the newest UT game at almost 200 FPS. Crysis... Well let's just say it runs it at just over 30 FPS. Nvidia 260 is faster but you pay even more for just a little more FPS. How ever the 4870 in a lot of games runs just a little faster, like Crysis. I think the 4850 gets 5-8 FPS more. I think this card will run better once DX 11 games come out. until then, its not a bad first gen DX 11 card and for 139 bucks, it's a good deal. You could get a 250 for 99 bucks but this card is faster and DX 11 is good.
