Cons: New Build OK as you can get the correct size Case, Old cases be aware these cards are long. XFX drivers not up to date for Win7 64bit requires down load from AMD site.

Pros: Black Edition x2. Very Fast
Comment:
Great Cards,(What can be said FAST, FAST, FAST) XFX need to keep up to date with drivers and patches for windows XP,Visa,Win7 32 & 64bit. Hope someone comes up with Lead to take mini-DP to DP Adapter to HDMI. that it from New Zealand

Cons: No game bundle - Come on XFX!!Drivers, drivers, drivers!

Pros: Fast!Crossfire EyefinityDouble lifetime warrantyCooler than 4870X2 once you get the fan control working
Comment:
I upgraded from HD5870 so I could use Eyefinity in crossfire since two 5870 will not work just yet. I was expecting a Dirt 2 coupon thrown in for the price of this card, but XFX cheaped out big time. Even Sapphire throws in more. Drivers are way too immature at this point, but that was the same scenario I went through with the 4870X2. It did get better after a few months of release so I expect the same for the HD5970. In saying that, this is the first time I had to use the included CD to install drivers that were stable enough as the BETA 4 and 5 drivers on AMD's website freeze my system completely. Some have better luck with the beta drivers so I will say ymwv. The other problem is the drivers on CD don't support crossfire eyefinity. If that wasn't bad enough, there is no fan speed control at all. A few tricks attempted and finally I have that which now keeps the card quite nice and cool. It definately screams to be watercooled though for good overclocks. It is expected to go through growing pains for being an early adopter, but I have to remove a few stars as AMD could have waited another month before releasing this into the wild. -1 for driver issues-1 for XFX cheaping out on throw in's. You included Dirt 2 in the HD5850/70

Cons: Price, Drivers, Size, Bundled Software and plugs.

Pros: Fast, Somewhat quiet for its size, double lifetime warranty.
Comment:
I'm going to start off by saying this card is fast, very fast. It runs well and delivers as advertised.Lets be honest, this card is not worth $700. But if you're like me and want to spoil yourself, this is the fastest card available at the moment. Crysis maxed at 1900x1200 is playable, Arma2 at the same settings is smooth. It destroys WoW with 90-200 fps average. I hit 84 degrees C max with crysis. Its a quality card for sure, with a double lifetime warranty to boot. Now the reason for the 4 stars:Obviously this card is over priced as stated before. The only items included with this card are: a crossfire bridge, driver and manuals, HDMI to DVI plug and a Mini DP to DP dongle. No games, no molex to pci-e adaptors (so beware if you have an older PS).Now onto the biggest knock against the card: ATi's drivers. These drivers are pretty green and it shows, flickering of textures in games, random glitches and bugs. random slowdowns and crashing. There's also the enlarged cursor bug, when the pointer in windows and in games blows up 4x its regular size and the only way to fix it is to reboot.I'm not a NV or ATI fanboy, I'll always buy the better card for the time. Having siad that, I really miss my stable NV drivers. This card has the speed but lacks the software support to really shine. I'm only going to deduct 1 star because ATI deserves a break for a few months to get their act together. All in all, this card should be a solid deal in 6 months or so when the divers and price are more reasonable.EDIT: The big cursor bug can be fixed with a bios flash in most cases. And I called the dongle included an hdmi originally when it is in fact mini DP to DP. This review was modfied by poster @ 11-28-09 08:47 AM

Cons: price and size

Pros: fastest video card ever made (today anyway)
Comment:
Crazy fast, very quiet, it is a great card, runs way cooler and quieter than my 9800 GX2, plays everthing at max detail with AA and AF (of course). There is nothing wrong at all with this card, it is great, other than it's massive size and probably won't fit in most cases, and it is pricey, but thats what u get when u want the best.here is pics of it installed, u can see it will not fit in most cases:http://forums.ncix.com/forums/?mode=showthread&forum=116&threadid=2106319&pagenumber=1&msgcount=24&subpage=1
