I tried 2 Ngear micro hdmi to full size hdmi cables from Ngear to connect my Playbook to a monitor. They made extemely intermittent contact at the micro hdmi end and were unuseable. They are far too stiff for the PlayBook. I plugged the Startech cable in and was able to move the Playbook energetically without causing any interruption in the monitor display. And its easy to pack around.FWIW The 1080p PlayBook's output of 1080p source video to a good monitor really is 1080p and it's astounding.
