The product was easy to assemble and hook up. It picks up every local channel in my area which are up to 25 miles away. The picture quality is excellent, better than I get through my local cable company. This surprises me as I assume the cable company would have excellent equipment but I'm very disappointed with the cable company in comparison to the reception through this antenna. 90% of what I watch I can get without cable and I'm seriously considering dropping cable thanks to this product.

I didn't get all stations after the broadcast conversion but now I do. All stations are excellent, except one which is very good, and much better than without this antenna. I set it up, turned it once and that was it. It was great even before I re-scanned my converter. This is well worth the money.

I am a little disappointed, i thought I had ordered the power amplified antenna, but found I made the wrong choice. The antenna works very well. It is large and hard to find a place to set it up. It brings in many of the extra channels Digital TV offers, but is affected by either weather or something else. On rare occasions, the signal will fade, only to come back in later, usually quite soon. Most of the stations are located in one specific area, but not all come in best at one directional setting. I am pleased, but really would like to have the one that is amplified. Dick

Works great and the price is right. This antenna picks up over 35 over-the-air HD channels in the San Francisco Bay area. Excellent solution for our needs. Shipping was very quick.

When it comes to antennas, I care about only one thing. What channels will it pull in clearly? I live in the penumbra of a hill relative to the nearest broadcast towers 26 miles away and no antenna, not even on a 30-foot mast, produced reception worth a toot in analog days. I put this honey on the top of a bookshelf, pointed it at the broadcast towers (exact direction is VERY important) and bingo! every local station comes in with no signal breakup. Thank you Terk and thank you digital TV. The antenna assembly seems a little on the flimsy side to me, but realistically, the only wear and tear the antenna will experience is when I turn it 5 degrees to point it at the Public Broadcasting tower. It's not going to fall apart and it's not going to wear out unless a kid or a pet runs past and trips on the coax cable a few times.

Well built and the price is right. This antenna picks up a dozen over-the-air HD channels in the Denver area. Excellent solution for our needs. They ship promptly too.

I debated on giving this 5 stars, because this antenna while "interesting" in design, is very good. I have been without TV for the last 3 years. Given that this antenna can provide me with about 10 channels in a loation that (in theory) shouldn't really allow me to get 10 channels... I'm pretty impressed. The picture on a 52" plasma is remarkable. I can't honestly say, I can detect a difference in high definition because I haven't studied it enough to know which channels can put this out, but I can say that even at this size the channels are remarkably clear on our HDTV. My main criticism is the length of the antenna cable. While the manufacturer recommends you place it close to a window, it provides only so much cable (4 feet) and as a result, we can only put the antenna right beside the TV where it is a bit of an eyesore. A person with no technical aptitude could assemble this antenna, and with minimal adjustment be receiving good quality signals within seconds of open

Sometime ago this antenna was on special for around $20 and I did get-it just to try the new over the air HD signal around my house. Wasnt impress using the antenna with the converter box, but sun as I get 60'' DLP HDTV I did have to try it and the results were incredible. My residence is located in West Palm Beach 25 miles from downtown and were major local stations are transmitting the TV signal, Terk antenna is located in the 1st floor of my house close to the TV .Reception of HD and Standard channels (total around 15) are most crystal clear with good sound. I do have 1 or 2 weird stations from Miami (more than 80 Miles). Hope the channel line up will grow as the conversion completes but I do get most of the major broadcasters in the area. Please notice that the rain breaks the signal. It could be because the orientation is not perfect because I just put the antenna without caring about orientation (remember this is just trying)

I don't know if Tiger is going to keep carrying this product or not but I did purchase it from them. So far, this is the best antenna I have tried. I live well out in the country about 60 miles from broadcast antennas. I have tried a RCA ANT111 and a Philips Amplified Antenna but this one is the only one that can pick up the stations 60+ miles out. The only downside is that the antenna has to be pointed a different direction each time the channel is changed. Unless someone walks in front of it the antenna will remain constant for a smooth HDTV experience. The channels I pick up with this thing blow my cable out of the water! I wonder if the amplified version would be better.

Have tried several other models and makes, but none of them got more than 13 local channels with frequent 'no signal'. This model gets 25 and they are all very sharp and very few if any 'no signal'! I am very happy with this antenna.

I didn't get any better reception. My rabbit ears pulled in the same amount of reception. I guess I live outside the zone of good reception.

I live midway between Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale and get 48 stations consistently clear + a few more that are reliable only in the evening. It sits on a ground floor desktop and points south out the window. Palm Beach stations bounce off nearby highrise. I paid $30 and got a good value.

I wish I had the same success as others. I could get 1/2 the stations if I pointed it north, or 1/2 the stations if I pointed it south. Works great if I take it outside (should have bought an outdooor version). Wish I had returned it while I could. At least I can use the signal booster it came with the unit on my small outdoor antenna (that's getting the job done).

This is THE best antenna ever! I have bought 3 other antennas before this one and none of them com e anywhere near this one! I get three times more channels with this antenna than others. Even my tv in the basement gets all the channels with this antenna. I recommend it to anyone.

HD broadcast signals are digital which means it's all or nothing when it comes to reception. Also don't forget that in 2009 all analog VHF signals will stop being broadcasted and stations will transition to VHF for HD instead of UHF. Plan accordingly when picking out the right antenna for your area or you could lose the reception of channels you once received when they transition to VHF.

I live 20 miles from the towers I was hoping to pull in the HD signals from. This antenna did not pull those in. Same reception for me as the other indoor antenna I bought from a local store. I bought this product based on the other reviews so I felt others thinking to buy this should at least be aware of the results I had. If you already own an indoor HD antenna, save your money.

I was hoping that the reviews on this hd antenna would be as good for me as they have been for others. Well it's true, this antenna is great. I live in a rural are in Kentucky about 30-40 miles away from the tv towers, but with this antenna I'm picking up the signals like they are in my front yard. HD picture looks great with this antenna. Good choice I would definately recommend.

I live in Pensacola and subject to power outages due to hurricanes. Anyway, I bought this and a $40 PCI HDTV/DT and Analog PCI card. I was truley amazed at the quality of the 14 channels I could pick up in one direction alone. I get Mobile Alabama and Pensacola stations all for under $100. My generator will allow me to run my PC and LCD monitor and get better reception than my cable that goes out everytime the power is knocked out. The only bad thing is it's unidirectional and you should look up your areas Over-The-Air Broadcast stations. They are conservative listings as you can get more than is posted on the website. Buy one only if you have HDTV/DT capabilities.

I purchesed due to wife wanting tv in kitchen and she did not want a satlelight box under cabnet. This poses a problem since the nearest analog or hd station is 50+ miles with rolling hills. I was skeptical but plugged in and wow it is great we did not know that one station had 4 seperate channels free in hd. great buy!!

IT WORKS!! I never had an indoor antenna work as advertised. I receive some 20+ HD channels in my area and they are all crisp. I think it has a lot to do with the HD broadcasting signal being much stronger than the regular broadcast signal. You can compare that by switching to regular reception vs HD reception from the same network. All the regular receptions are snowing white all day as opposed to the HD receptions which are all crisp and clear. Regardless, it works like a charm.

I was very plleasantly suprised when I plugged this in. I too had heard terrible things about indoor HD antennas. It was a last resort since the cable company cut CBSHD out of ther package 1 month before the superbowl. I have it in my attic and running through to the basement and I am 20+ miles away from the sources and it is amazing. Worth every penny!

I wasn't expecting much from this antenna as I've read a lot of bad things about indoor antennas for hdtv use. That and the fact that this antenna would have to be in the basement didnt give me a lot of faith. This antenna works flawlessly! I found all of my digital channels and they come in crystal clear. On the box it came in it said that it will not work in basements, but it works in mine just fine (tho it is a half basement). VERY pleasently surprised by this antenna.
