Cons: Speaker wires could be much longer. Don't try to bring the box home in your car. :)

Pros: Price, speakers can be upgraded at a future date, network connectivity.
Comment:
Still early days (day actually) but my first impressions are quite good, especially given the current pricing.I was a bit concerned with the quality of sound I'd get out of the HTIB speakers, but quite frankly they sound great considering I didn't have to drop  $1K+ on a stand-alone set. It might not be on par with a mid-high end set, but it's miles ahead of any other HTIB package I've heard. On top of that, since it's a standard amp, I can always upgrade them in the future if desired.I haven't tried anything fancy with the amp yet, but so far all of the features seem to be working well, and the few settings I needed to change were relatively easy to find in the setup.Auto EQ was a breeze, and the network connectivity made quick work of programming the remote, as well as giving me easy access to media files shared from a networked win7 PC. HDMI passthrough settings were intuitive giving me the option of disabling the TV's audio while the amp is on.As far as the remote goes.... so far it looks like I've managed to get full access to all functions of my devices except for the recording functions of my PVR. LG TV, Motorola Set-Top cable box, and Sony BD all seem to be working fine, and were easy enough to set up by following the directions provided in the network connected remote programming app. OTOH, my Motorola remote so far is able to control the amp's volume as well as turn it off, but until I do some more research is unable to turn the amp on.So far, the only real complaint I have is the length of the wires, but that's common to all HTIBs. If I had to come up with two beefs, the second would be the size of the shipping box it comes in.... 4' X 2' X 2.5' (aprox.) should probably have been broken up into two boxes, but I'd hardly call that a game changer.
