Cons: Had to cut a chunk out of one of the HDD cages to fit my full length video card, optical drive won't fit through opening.

Pros: Good looking, space for all components. Fairly quiet.
Comment:
I had to take a pair of tin snips to the HDD cage in order to fit the power connectors for my video card. Most cards that aren't full length should fit better. I could not get my optical drive to fit in the opening at all. Even if I were to insert  the drive from the front (which would mean I couldn't secure it), it still wouldn't sit flush with the front panel. Build quality overall is less than impressive. On the plus side, the style fits in with my other AV gear, and front panel connections are ample.

Cons: Not the build quality you'd get from some of the more well known manufacturers.

Pros: Nice looking, decent price
Comment:
Overall not a bad case, looks nice and the price was pretty good. The build quality is a little low, small things like top panels not being sqaure to the front of the case, harddrive cage screw holes not lining up perfectly, just little things like that. Overall im happy with the case but for my next HTPC i'll most likely be trying a diffrent manufacturer.

Cons: Chinese built so tolerances in some places can be off

Pros: Attractive build, nmedia lcd module support, front panel media reader, esata
Comment:
All in all, for the price, its a great buy. I got lucky in that all the screw holes lined up but I've read that its a crapshoot on that front. Though it support ATX, I had to remove one drive cage to fit a 4850 and its power connector in.

Cons: -DVD front Bezel Not Flush with Case-Larger GPU's Can Not Be Used-Front Panel Hinges Do Not Open/Close Smoothly

Pros: -Sturdy Build-Comes With Card Reader-Silent Fans-Lots of Room
Comment:
Just finished My friends build with this case. I was surprised to hear how quiet the system was. This case is barely audible. The build was rather simple and there was lots of room for cables. My only dislikes were the 5 1/4 bay did not allow my DVD Rom to sit flush with the front of the case and the front hinges didn't open and close as smoothly as my Silverstone Grandia GD02B.

Cons: One of the big fans on the side near the hd when it blows air, the air that passes throw the holes outside the case, makes a annoying sound. I disconnected it.

Pros: Full Atx, pretty quiet, front usb & card reader & dvd hidden through front panels that flips over. Good solid build. Many many hd's slots available. FAF (Female acceptance factor) approved.
Comment:
I'm using the case for my HTPC, I like the fact that I have no restrictions on what components I can get. It's about as big as a receiver, would of like it to be a little smaller, but you can't have everything. I usually don't write reviews, but this one is well worth a review. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Cons: A little on the large size, a little noisy, overly bright LED lighting

Pros: Good price, lots of space for installing hard drives, stylish looks, lots of external connectors, memory card reader
Comment:
An excellent option to replace the aging slimline desktop I was previously using. Reasonably priced, and provides plenty of space for adding additional hard drives. This review was modfied by poster @ 08-18-09 05:33 AM

Cons: Paint quality. Not optimized for good airflow. Only one 5.25" drive accessable from the front. Wasted 3.5" drive

Pros: Looks. Full height case. Lots of internal drive bays
Comment:
It was really hard to fit the video card into the case. NCIX built the computer for me, because I was too lazy this time, and they almost made me trade in my video card (4890) for a smaller one. They got it to fit though, but its tight. The case almost doesn't fit in my TV case because of the depth.I have moved it once or twice, gently, and the paint is scratched already in more than one spot.I opted for the LCD screen but it is an expensive clock. I haven't yet figured out how to get the software to do anything useful with it. Like auto-switching when I load applications. The VU meter for Windows Media Player only works if the Vis is running, and the program is not minamized. The contrast is funny. Its too bright, but the backlight washes it out. The only good use I have so far is the clock (expensive clock).Overall, I would likely have bought another computer case if I had did it again. There a couple other cases at NCIX that probably would have been better choices.

Cons: Noisy 120mm fan, bright power light, break-off knockouts for expansion cards

Pros: Appearance, size, build quality, cable management, ease of installation
Comment:
This is a wicked case for HTPC! It fits in beautifully with other A/V components (which was one of my main concerns). It's nice to hide the usb, card reader, audio jacks, etc. behind closed doors. Keeps a clean look. I prefer the DVD drive behind a door, too. Who wants to see all the writing on the front of those drives - or stick some piece of metal over it and try to get it to look good?Full ATX = no problems with fitting components.Ventilation is perfect with slots in all the right places (particularly the top). With the height, there's lots of breathing room in there. I opted for this over the 1000B for that reason.Installation couldn't be easier: tons of room, removable drive bay with rubber drive grommets. Long, easy-to-read cables. Just shove all the wires under the drive bay and you're done. It took about 20min to put together. This thing is heavy = feels quality. The front face place is thick aluminum. It would have been nice to see some damping on the hinges for these covers, but I never open the doors anyway. (All media on hard disk now.)Someone else mentioned the noisy 120mm case fan. I agree. Currently I keep it unplugged and my temps are OK. The two fans in the back ARE silent and they are sucking a lot of air through this case. I can feel it being drawn in from the ventilation holes. NICE!The power LED is VERY BRIGHT! Yikes. I unplugged that right away. No loss really. (If you use S3 suspend to turn off your HTPC, this light will flash = stobe light! Because of this, I don't think even the most mellow power light would be useful.)There is a very dim red LED for hard disk activity. That was tastefully done. I basically use this as a power on/off indicator - hard drive activity on resume and suspend - and this does the trick just fine.Beautiful case. Buy it.

Cons: Power button led is very bright, if your like me and leave your computer on 24/7 then its like having a nightlight.

Pros: Tons of room for HTPC caseCable management is a breezeRemovable section that houses the harddrives makes installiton no sweat.Supports ATX everythingComes with 3 silent case fansI would suggest this case to anyone looking for a great looking HTPC case.
Comment:
Awesome case, would definitely get another one! Im going to be keeping this for along time! Still trying to decide whether or not to get the optional LCD, maybe if it goes on sale. I love how the panels flip and hide all the usb and card reader slots.

Cons: Doesn't come with a VFD display

Pros: Excellent build quality, great looking HTPC case, plenty of room to work with
Comment:
I purchased this case to replace an older nMedia 200BA case. My main motivation was to be able to fit a Scythe Mini Ninja CPU cooler to quiet down my system, and also the fact that the LCD on the older nMedia case was ugly. The nMedia 2000B is an excellent HTPC case. It is of excellent build quality, has plenty of room to work inside and the stock fans are very quiet (practically silent). My 120mm side intake fan was broken and making a clicking noise. I sent nMedia an email to which they replied right away requesting a copy of my receipt. Once I sent them that, I got a subsequent email letting me know a new fan was being shipped out. Awesome service! The only upgrades I made to this case are:- Put some electric tape over the LED for the power light as I found it too bright.- Put some rubber pads inside the hard drive cage to reduce sound transmission of my 2 hard drives to the case.

Cons: Cannot think of what to put in the 3.5" bay. I would rather have a ejected DVD door instead of the top panel.

Pros: A/V Looking; Short Case; All media access ports in the front; Spacy for installation; solid quality.
Comment:
Support ATX everything, good for future upgrade.Super easy installation with a lot fo spaces. Great plus for HTPC case.Full media access upfront. Great plus for HTPC again for no need to turn around the system to find ports in the back. Quality is great solid.Price is relative competitive in the category.
