Cons: -No internal IR or area to install internal IR

Pros: -Great Price-Good built quality-Very roomy for size-Full height PCI/Expansion slot brackets!!!!!!!!
Comment:
I recently rebuilt my HTPC (Upgrading from HDD to SSD, motherboard swap), and I wanted to get a new case. I had previously been reusing an old ACER case, which was terribly designed, cramped, and had bad airflow.I looked at many different HTPC cases, including the many great Silverstone offerings, but settled on the nMedia 5000B for a couple reasons.1) It suited my form factor needs, which were: mATX board, Full Height PCIe cards.2) It was significantly cheaper than the Silverstone cases of similar design and size.3) It had excellent reviews.I now have everything inside the case, and have been using it for about 2 weeks now. The case is super quiet using the stock fans. You can make it even more quiet by swapping the stock fans with silent ones such as Noctua ones. The case is incredibly roomy for the size of it. I don't have much inside, just a Blu-Ray ODD, SSD, and motherboard. I will eventually be installing an ASUS Xonar DSX full size soundcard when I upgrade my motherboard + CPU, which will easily fit, but there is lots of room more some more HDD's and even a decently sized video card. The build quality is outstanding. It looks and feels very solid. I have a small Silverstone HTPC case, and the nMedia 5000B is easily as good built quality, if not better. The case has a slot for an internal 2-line LCD display add-on (NCIX carries this for about $30). This is compatible with Windows Media Center, and is fully programmable using various programs.Over all, I love this case, and recommend it (Or one of the other nMedia cases if you need a slightly different form factor) to ANYONE looking for an HTPC case.

Cons: Graphic card wont fit!

Pros: Great looking case
Comment:
I was truly excited until the graphic card can't fit in the case. I did my due diligence as it says the height for the case (without legs) is 5.1" and my XFX Radeon 7870 is 4.4". Not enough room for the power cable!

Cons: No cable management built into the case. I would have liked to be able to hide the power cables and the USB/front panel wiring a little better, but since I only have one drive in the case, I just shoved them under where the HDDs normally go.

Pros: Very attractive case, slim design that matches my other media equipment, but fits full size PCI cards. Plenty of room.
Comment:
If you can afford to spend a bit more do so, remember that cases are pretty much for ever so it pays off to make a good investment.

Cons: Says accepts 10" card which it doesn't. Had to rip out the left hard drive cage so the 7870 DD would fit. Also DVD tray always catches. PSU barley fits don't even try to put a hx1000 in this bad boy

Pros: Looks nice with my audio equipment
Comment:
3930k with Noctua NH-C14 fits nice and tight to the top. The temps around 32c idle 55c Max load.

Cons: The front panel cover is too filmsy and is slightly out of aligment. The included fans do not come with the standard 3-pin fan connectors.

Pros: Nice looking case and blend in well with the rest of my Hi-Fi equipment. Decent quality.
Comment:
If you have black coloured Hi-Fi gear and you want to include a HTPC then this case will fit your needs. Also, this case has enough room to accept a high-end graphic card and you can build a powerful multi-media and gaming pc with it. However fan noise will be an issue.

Really happy with this case. It looks sturdy, the power button looks really nice imo. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of room inside this case. Was able to fit a Geforce 460 gtx without any trouble.

Cons: LCD panel is extra, and not included. Instructions are almost useless. No usb 3.0 ports.

Pros: Great looks, Very well constructed. Includes all hardware, and wire management. Holds up to 4 Hard drives and 1 optical drive. 3 Fans already attached and ready to be plugged in. Super quiet.
Comment:
I am very impressed with this case. I was looking for a decent priced HTPC case and found this one on sale. The shipping was super fast, and the case is vey well constructed. Medium PC assembly skills are recommended as the instructions are very very basic. A little time searching on the web and there are notes, and videos to help you along. The case supports only a m-atx MB, so the standoffs are already installed in the correct places. The case is really spacious on the inside and has plenty of room to hide wires. Make sure to have a deep stand to put this in, or one with an open back. The case is longer than I anticipated, so it sticks out a little in my audio stand due to the cables in the back. The only complaint I have is that the little LCD panel should be included.

Cons: Side case fan DOAPower supply screw holes do not line up with the PSU's holes

Pros: Attractive - fits in well with stereo componentsSpacious - no problem fitting all your hardware insideSurprisingly high build quality and fit and finishBeyond excellent price
Comment:
Very high return on your investment with this case. Built an HTPC with it with mATX board, scythe shuriken cooler (no fitment problems) and full size video and sound cards with no problems. Lots of room inside for installation. Full size ATX PSU fits no problems but the screw holes don't line up correctly with those on the PSU itself. Not a big deal, just don't use one of them. I'm not the first person I've read who had a dead case fan shipped, though, and that should be addressed as it adds replacement cost on to the price of a case that was purchased (for me anyways) because it was so inexpensive.

Cons: Expansion card screw plate sticks out of back, holes aren't perfectly aligned.

Pros: Looks good. Decent size. Overall construction quality is not bad. Fits standard components.
Comment:
This case is pretty well built for a (relatively) cheap HTPC case. The metal plate/tab for screwing in expansion cards sticks out of the back of the case and isn't very well aligned. It took a little bit of gentle adjusting to get the screw holes lined up for a 2 slot video card without putting pressure on the PCI-E slot of the motherboard.Overall a decent choice for an HTPC case. Easily blends in with other components in a stereo cabinet - looks just like a receiver. It's big, but not big enough it will fit an EATX motherboard (you may be able to fit some ATX motherboards even though it is an mATX case). Depth wise, I was able to fit an NVIDIA 8800 GTS in with about 1 CM to spare.Front drive case is removable and makes drive installation easy. The case fans aren't too loud and move enough air to keep things cool.

Cons: No removable air filters, side 90mm fans slots too thin for good fans, noisy 60mm fans included.

Pros: Great Finish, Black, fits most PCI-e, good quality build.
Comment:
A nice HTPC case, it has enough room for a small heat sink on the CPU, good cooling from the rear and blends nicely with my black samsung screen, black everything really. After a couple months, the 2X 60mm fans included in the back of the unit make a horrendous noise upon boot but calm down after windows 7 is running. Recommend replacing them with something better made. I bought 2 90mm fans to put into the side mounts, but annoyingly found that they were too THICK to fit into the case. There is no more than 25mm of room for after-market 90mm fans, which is not mentioned anywhere. To create  proper airflow, I covered the right side of the top piece with plastic above the PSU so that air flow is forced past the CPU and RAM from the PSU unit.Wish the drawer on front did not say DVD as most people will want a blue-ray optical drive. Works properly and has never jammed.LCD module is a nice upgrade, but only works properly when logged in as an administrator in Win7. Haven't figured out how to get it working as a standard user, and don't care to. Plenty of room for running PSU & SATA cables in a way which does not restrict the airflow for heat generating parts. Helps that thick IDE cables are obsolete, which would otherwise run at odd angles.I recommend this unit to anyone who doesn't mind a largish PC unit on their entertainment unit shelf. Don't even think about standing it upright though, or stacking anything on top of it. Blutooth dongle inserted at rear does not penetrate it's signal to front.

Great case, well constructed with a great finish. I have only had one issue with it in 3 years. My front flip plate latch broke because my kids reefed on it. No fault of the manufacturer. All in all, I really like this case and would definitely buy another if I ever needed a second.

Got this for an htpc build and it looks great. It was a pleasure to work with and I was able to manage the cables very neatly. I put a couple of yate loons in it for air intake and filled it with 4 hdd's and a dvd drive. I had no problems with the psu screw holes and another reviewer had, same mounting holes for any psu I've ever used so it must have been an isolated incident.I would buy this again for future builds

Looks really sharp and matches my yamaha receiver perfectly have a fairly powerful gaming system inside and it keeps everything relatively cool.. the press out plastic piece that hides the card reader and usb ports looks nice but is kinda flimsy and cheap feeling compared to the quality of the rest of the case.. other than that its easily the best value and in my opinion one of the better looking htpc cases out there

Cons: -slightly larger than i thought (not too bad though as long as it looks good)-the ATX psu screw holes weren't lined up properly and didn't line up with the holes on my corsair builder series 500w psu very well.

Pros: -Very good looking-silent-performs well as a htpc
Comment:
In general, this is a great case.... only if the holes lined up properly on the PSU. That's the only reason why I would knock off one star, and I didn't want to return because it was a hassle to take everything apart for one hole to that was mis-aligned. Also there were no ssd slots and like the last person that reviewed this, I used one screw to hold the ssd in place. I didn't put this as a weakness because this case might have been produced before ssds became popular, meaning that missing this feature was reasonable. Otherwise I think this was an awesome buy, except for that one hole.

Cons: * Too big for HTPC. Bigger than most of the standard desktops.

Pros: * Looks nice. * Has plenty of room inside.
Comment:
Pros: Looks good. Has plenty of room for ventilation. Comes with 3 quite fans. Cons: * I bought this one for my HTPC setup thinking that this would be bigger than the standard DVD and smaller than the normal desktop computers (HP/Dell...). When I received it, I was bit disappointed when I looked at it's size. This is a full size ATX case (The box itself says ATX case. Not mATX). It barely fits in my entertainment unit. It is bigger in size in every direction. * After one week of light use, one of the fans started producing more noise. I suspect it is going to go out soon. * Drive bay screw holes are not aligned properly. I couldn't make my 3.5' SATA drive to align all 4 screw holes. Only 2 can be used in any position. And as for SSD drives, there is no bay at all. I can only use one screw hole to lock it in.

Cons: - Flimsy compared to more expensive cases

Pros: - Looks like a home theater component- Cheap
Comment:
This case looks great. It fits right in along with any home theater gear. Thanks to the swing out design of the drive bays it really has a reasonable amount of space to work in. If anyone is wondering, the mounting holes for the LCD/VFD display seem to be in the standard place. As in everything lined up and I was able to fit my old Matrix Orbital MX202 display without issue. That being said, the MX202 is significantly thicker than the Nmedia LCD Module so, although the mounting holes lined up, I had to do a bit of trimming of part of the front of the case with a pair of tin snips.

It's a great media center case, got it on sale which makes the deal even sweeter. The only problem was with the power button it was tighten too much, which would cause the switch to get stuck and it would not de-press, a handy screwdriver and a couple turns and it's working like a charm.
