Cons: Disassembly required

Pros: Inexpensive.
Comment:
There is no access for the hard drives on the model revision that I received. I had to remove the circuit board with the carrier to insert  the drives. Not a great physical design feature.

Cons: middle is plastic setup instructions are lacking .. I had to hook it up with usb first to get it to work I don't think you can boot from it as it seems to need a program to be able to set up the drives

Pros: able to have 2 drives with only 1 esata or usb cablemetal sides
Comment:
seems to work fine.. I was hoping that I could move my boot drives outside my case .. but I wasn't able to figure that out ... no biggie I managed to get both drive to show up after installing the included software and set them up as 2 seperate drives ... I'm not sure why anyone would raid 0 out side your case when you can't boot with it.

Cons: Loud Fan.

Pros: 2 Terrabytes of space in one enclosure and 1 USB port.
Comment:
I love having this, I wish it wasn't such a loud fan. I use it to store movies on my HTPC - and I drilled a hole through the wall and have the drive sitting in the basement so I don't have to hear it. For the price, it's hard to say 'no' and it lives up to everything it advertises.

Cons: - requires Steelvine Manager to configure (no DIP switches like older models)- cheap plastic enclosure

Pros: - performs as expected- easy to configure
Comment:
Overall it's what you would expect for the price and performs on a par with other eSATA devices. I was surprised to find it was just a cheap plastic enclosure when I opened the box but otherwise construction seems solid enough.
