It tracks effectively. I like the ergonomics. This is a real downer. I've had three of these, and they all suffer from the exact same challenge. Sometimes you click, and it just doesn't register. I've attempted this on Windows, Linux and Mac and the identical thing happens. It's absolutely a issue with the design and style of the circuitry in the mouse. Also, the DPI button does definitely nothing on the last two I purchased. It's genuinely a shame this item is flawed since it's 1 of the nicest mice I've used. I like the feel and the sensitivity is just proper. It's truly also bad i-Rocks' QC is flaky. Their buyer service has been surprisingly excellent (very pleasant and preserve their promises), but the challenge is truly the solutions. They can present to replace something all day long, but if they hold replacing it with defective gear, it doesn't solve anything!

I liked the mouse general but after 2 weeks it just died. It only lasted two weeks would be the only one particular. I plugged in my old mouse to the USB port that this mouse was in to test it and the USB port is fine other than that the mouse is good. On the other hand the fact that it lasted only 2 weeks gets it one egg.

it operates, but i had to give it some serious attitude adjustments... mouse would only scroll 1 direction - horizontal... if you want a gaming mouse - search for OCZ... it's cheap - i pulled mine back out of the drawer and place this 1 in it... hope it will make a great backup mouse someday. see above...

Good DPI for a extremely low price.Back button and DPI changer. If you hate optical mice, this will make you happy and thenlaser sensor is a tad bit a lot more correct than optical.A definite upgrade from my 10 year old Microsoft optical mouse. Mousewheel is very iffy. Great for scrolling via pages, but quick switching weapons is a hassle (CS:S, BFBC2 and so on). Or just common switching in common.Clicking from time to time doesn't register. I've noticed double clicking an icon and waiting 20 seconds only to understand the clicks never went by way of. This also takes place when I'm shooting somebody and my initial clicks don't register or it stops mid fire. Seriously annoying. Not necessarily a con, but after moderate to high use, the "i-rocks" logo will begin the fade off. May possibly annoy some. Can't press the back button and left click at the similar time or the back button will get stuck. Seriously annoying when you're employing Ventrilo or Teamspeak while pwning noobs on the internet. Initially I was wowed by this mouse and it's precision/sensitivity, but like I said previously I was coming from a ten year old Microsoft mouse that died out on me. Upon working with this mouse and testing my good friends' and LAN centers' I'd have to say this isn't the greatest or worst of "gaming" mice. It's a little above average regardless of its style flaws. Honestly you possibly could invest 10ቫ further dollars and get anything that will be substantially additional of an investment.Basically you get what you pay for. If you just want a low-cost high DPI mouse for casual/moderate gaming this one is for you, in particular if you're on a strict spending budget like I was 5ǜ months ago.

It's Lite and the scroll wheel has a very good grip, it has a comfortable fit for smaller hands. I have girl hands basically. Laser precision is so much superior than the stupid old balls Not seriously a con but the back button is a little tiny but it's in the appropriate spot above your thumb on the side. This is of course only for the correct hand individuals. It really has no weight to it at all which is good.

Just works wonderful! At 1600 dpi the precision is amazing. Some folks could have to turn down there mouse speed, but I like making use of a little quicker setting. None A quite very good mouse particularly at the price tag. My first one was correct around ฤ and I purchased two additional for ผ every. With it getting a laser you don't require a mouse pad, but I use one anyway. It is a great item and has worked properly for me so far.

The DPI button on best can be somewhat helpful. It's a speedy technique for quicker/slower settings. Making use of high DPI settings it works nicely on any rough surfaces I've tried it on (Just scratched up and rough wood). Mouse wheel occasionally "whines". Started only soon after a couple weeks and doesn't usually do it. It's Inexpensive and the "whine" hasn't effected scrolling (yet).

laser mouse is accurate, dpi switch button helpful for gaming. can't see the laser unless you stare at just the proper angle. the wire breaks inside a few months of normal use. causes all type of malfunctions, plus- i paid additional than its current price, so i lost additional when it broke. wire is thin, stiff, and most likely not effectively insulated internally, causing me these issues. maybe i can open it up and swap out the usb cable with a thicker, much less stylish one, that has served me properly for 10 years and outlived the mouse that it is attached to. or maybe just a usb extension cable from dollatree, but then i would possibly only get three far more months out of it before that cheap cable gives out.

Laser mouse is awesome, no bright red light, i was impressed when i purchased it. I bought this for a lot more than it expenses now, and was 80% happy with it, for a couple months. the very first disappointment is the lack of a forward button to accompany the back button. that's no biggie. i knew that just before i purchased it. the mouse wheel squeaks, the mousewheel button is already giving out on me, and the cord ought to not be correctly insulated internally, and the wires must be cheap and stiff, not flexible. after a few months of use, the mouse cord is already failing. possibly in additional places than 1. today it produced my keyboard wig out because the wires in the cord are clearly touching each and every other when it's not positioned a certain way, for the time getting i have it connected through my keyboard's usb port, in hopes that it will protect my computers USB ports from destruction due to short-circuit, and instead only destroy my keyboard. . it's possibly too late for refunds, so if i can come across the old mouse i replaced with this one (the mouse wheel had given out immediately after a lot of years of use) i will have to open it up and carry out open mouse surgery. since i believe the mouse wheel-button giving out is actually portion of the failing cord problem. it doesn't sound broken. and i prefer the laser mouse to the optical mouse (unless the optical mouse has 5 buttons [back, forward[), so i will almost certainly just replace the usb cord with a superior one that has served me well

laser mouse pwns the competition.a Must if you play quakelive. DPI button doesnt get clicked unintentionally, so that is excellent. mouse back button is a plus. yet another Key plus is no far more stupid red lights. those issues are so annoying. you cant even see the light coming from this mouse. i did manage to see it by searching at just the right angle whilst it was on, and it looked just like a cd player laser. so im not sure if seeking into it was a excellent thought. at very first i believed it was a UV laser or some thing, until i looked actual close and saw a tiny bit of red light. i prefer a mouse forward button too, but at least it has the back button. i won't get a mouse with out a back button. getting to click the browser's forward button is only a minor annoyance. of course it wont be annoying if you in no way had a forward button. it is a modest price to pay to keep that stupid red light out of your eyes at night. i plugged this baby in, and now i can bust a 180 on quakelive in one swipe of the mouse, to frag those bogies on my six. it genuinely upped my frag count. plus, if you want to snipe, just click the dpi button midgame to switch to a a lot more precise aiming approach. then click it once again so you can turn corners and run about with your Gauntlet like a madman.

Very best twelve dollar mouse I've had. Ideal bang for the buck. Not too smaller or lightweight. USB. Cord not too short. Wheel a small lightweight. Not seriously a lot if any distinction in between this laser and a optical mouse. DPI button merely translates your cursor or arrow into a far more sensitive movement. No problems with bumping side back button or DPI button accidentally. Will see how lengthy it lasts.
