Sturdy construction. 150W PSU for plenty of energy. Tray for 1 slimline optical drive and two two.5" hard drives. Low, medium, higher switch for case fan on back of case. Room for airflow inside. Flimsy plastic cover more than optical drive bay. Would prefer 3 pin connector for case fan, so it can connect to the motherboard. Bought this case for my initially HTPC develop. I used a AT5IONT-I motherboard and with the fan set to low, temps never ever get above 55C. Wires all match perfectly with my m/b.If you're preparing on an ASUS AT5IONT-I or AT3IONT-I motherboard, this would be a wonderful case to use.

Nicely constructed case. Motherboard choice is restricted to those with ATX energy connector close to the energy provide in the front of the case. The new ASUS M4A88T-I Deluxe will not operate with out substantial modifications to the fan assemble. The ATX energy cable is to brief. You will require to obtain an extension cable. None at this time.

Little. 150w PSU was just right for the configuration I came up with. Case appears good sitting in an entertainment center along side other A/V equipment. Not terribly higher high quality. Case bends and flexes easily. The huge deal breaker - the cable lengths are terrible. It seems like they just came up with random lengths of cable and began slapping issues collectively.Looking at your motherboard from behind the real I/O panel, if you have a PSU connector on the left, the back correct, or near the back side this cable WILL NOT reach. It's about 1-two'' short of becoming a comfortable match in these positions. The only location it will be a affordable match is the front side of the MoBo. As an example, my ASUS M4A88T-I Deluxe was incompatible with no an extension cable. Some of the other cables are unnecessarily long. A person obviously got lazy in the engineering phase. If you suspect you'll have cable length problems, check out item N82E16812186072 (SYBA cable SY-CAB65008). This need to give you just sufficient length to overcome the style flaw.

Eye-catching finish, and effortless open best with knurled retaining screws. Motherboard fit easily with component layout matching connector routing in all but one particular region (usb). Variable fan speed switch a plus. Slim DVD burner fit completely with supplied screws in mounting bracket (extras in bag). Cool, and quiet fan operation with a lot of area working with boxed processor fan. Want about 1 additional inch on the USB header wires. The headers do fit the motherboard but it is a stretch that I prefer not to have. This is an appealing case and every little thing fits in like a glove. I like the way the two.five inch challenging drives and Slim DVD burner fit the mounting bracket, but not the screws that mount the bracket to the case. Also the screws mounting the tough drives from the bottom are too lengthy, they don't seat devoid of washers. These problems are minor and don't deserve taking away an egg.

Small, looks alright once everything is assembled. Cabling is ridiculous as already stated by other people. I have a Intel DH57JG board. All the cables look to reach with the exception of the power LED lights. I hate lights, so they wouldn't have been plugged in anyway. The plastic plugs for the fan cover where the 2nd fan would sit come also far more than such that they make make contact with with the MOBO and it doesn't sit correctly. I broke those stupid issues off and now its ok.The backplate does not match correctly, it is also tiny for the Intel backplate. I had to take a hammer to that thing to get it in there. Generally very poorly made but if you can overcome these challenges, then I guess its not a undesirable case. I'd anticipate a lot more even though for 贄.

Good seeking, solidly built, m-ITX case. - Front ESATA - 150W PSU (slightly audible)- Quiet case fan- PSU comes with a slimline ODD energy connector- Fits stock AMD AM3 heatsink- Comes with two SATA cables- ODD cover works and doesn't look to show finger prints terribly effectively Tight match for anything. Cable management is extremely difficult. Case fan is loud when speed is turned up. ODD seems to move when tray is opened/closed. Primary power connector is short; I had to buy a 24-24pin extension for my motherboard. Employed this case for my MITX desktop replacement create. Case is well made, appears very good, and functions as expected. Clearly fitting almost everything in a MITX case is difficult, but this case makes it attainable, without much headache. Integrated PSU is strong and seems to hold up below load.My make-MB: ASUS M4A88T-ICPU: AMD X2 240eSSD: ADATA S599 64GBHDD: Hitachi 320GBODD: Samsung slimline driveCASE: Antec ISK300-150RAM: GSKILL 4GB DDR3-1333This program idles at 18W and at full load 鲤%CPU and watching 1080p video) reaches a maximum of 114W. This case does one issue actually effectively, it minimizes your case size whilst permitting mainly standard elements. I constructed a mini-itx P55 program in this case that has worked fairly well. All of the cables from the power supply were great length for my board (a Gigabyte board). I ended up adding the second 80 mm fan and splicing the wires of the two for handle via the MB. This entire program has worked well as a media center pc, even though all of my elements are in a remote closet and noise was never a concern. The slim DVD drive was a minor inconvenience, but price tag has come down and the added size for a complete size drive would not have created this case as attractive. I use it in a vertical configuration and the airflow more than the elements is outstanding. 80 mm fans can be a small loud relative to larger ones, very same goes for slim DVD drives. This case has truly fulfilled all i bought it for and it appears pretty fantastic as well. I have not had a possibility to check the efficiency of the energy supply, but most evaluations gave it decent marks. Some sort of optional bracket to use a big capacity three.5" drive in lieu of the ƒ) 2.5" drives and slim DVD drive would have been good. I might modify the case later and do away with the DVD drive altogether as it is rarely employed. Optical media in my home is largely going the way of the floppy.

Small type aspect, but simple to work with. I stuck an SSD and another 2.5 drive in it, along with an old AMD X2 5000+ and 4GB of RAM. Its a speed little machine for the price invested. Good Airflow with the 2 side fans I used. The front cover is cheesy. From the image, it appears to be perforated for airflow, but those a mere dimples, a fake grill, if you will. I'd most probably get this for an additional project requiring a tiny case.

-Good style on the outdoors, looks excellent, comes with a lot of replacement screws for a selection of items (HDD, case thumbscrews, fans...).-The incorporated fan is fantastic for a stock fan -- on it's lowest settings it pushes sufficient air to retain my mobo pleased when maintain whisper quiet. You can barely hear it if you're correct beside it, let alone 10 feet away watching a movie.-Airflow design and style on this case is excellent. When working with the vertical stand, it takes cool air from the bottom and pushes it out the top. Extremely much 1-way, which is great for a modest case like this. -Like other individuals have mentioned, the cabling sucks. Then once again, you can never please absolutely everyone. The cables are either as well quick and don't reach or as well extended leaving you to deal with extra. In my scenario, they have been just suitable, so no complaints from me. Besides, routing cables is half the fun of placing a computer with each other!-The disc drive cover is one of those that you have to push in a bit to let it swing down. It would have been good if it was on a spring-loaded hinge that opened when the disc drive ejected. It also feels a tiny flimsy...-The silver aluminum of the PSU inside actually stands out against the otherwise all-black finish when the case is vertical. Minor factor -- you may be able to spray paint it if it bothers you.-Nice soft blue power light, nonetheless the HDD activity light is quite vibrant. For my requirements, not a major deal due to the fact I stream from a server and will sooner or later move to a diskless Reside USB.All of these items are minor, and when the case it place with each other it looks stunn My Mobo is an ASUS AT3IONT-I Deluxe -- it comes with it's personal power on-board, thus the energy supply in this case was useless. You're capable to take it out if you want (it will create some much needed space for cable overflow), but I decided to leave it in there to develop tighter and a lot more direct airflow more than my mobo's heatsink. It leaves a bunch of PSU cords that you need to have to deal with, but this way air is forced more than the motherboard rther than going to empty space where the PSU would have been had I removed it.I'm also not confident about the excellent of the PSU fan. This doesn't appear to be a fan you can change with out taking the CPU apart (it's built into the PSU). It may be a regular 3pin fan connector connecting it to the PSU enabling an effortless swap if you want to, or it may be straight soldered -- I don't know. This is a wonderful case for the ASUS AT3IONT-I.

Extremely happy with this case regardless of a quality problem talked about in the Cons. It looks good in the living area, plenty of space inside for an M4A88T-I and stock AMD cooler, and extremely sensible quantity of space for a MITX case. Did have to obtain an 24 pin extender for the power cable as other's have * The ODD cover broke the First TIME I attempted to open it. I ended up taking the cover off fully and - blessing in disguise - like it substantially greater* The case fan is OK - also loud on hi, acceptable on medium and quiet on low..but I require additional cooling than low mode so I'll likely replace this fan.* Quick mobo power cable as other's have discussed. Solid construction. Mobo fits in properly with a decent amount of area for cables. If you don't use the slim optical bay, you can hide the added cabling in there. Added screws in case you will need them, but the only ones it appears you may well will need are the ones for the hdd's. The case fan has a male molex connector, and the PSU has only male molex connectors, so now I have to go out of my way to either get a different case fan with mobo power or get a female-female molex connector, which are not easy to come across. Appears like a bad oversight on the item style. Slim documentation. Would have been good to read some thing about the PSU, but no mention of it whatsoever.

This case is incredibly little and appealing. The power provide is silent and there's room for further fans if required.Works properly horizontal or vertical with or with no the included stand. The energy provide cables are ridiculously brief. If your motherboard power connection isn't proper next to the power provide you will have some frustration with the cables. I put in an Intel D510MO and these things are pulled way also tight for comfort. (Though the newer D525MW wouldn't have this difficulty.)The case metal scratches easily and doesn't have any sort of feet or bumpers on the bottom to safeguard it. It is created for two laptop challenging drives and a slim optical drive.

150watt psu. Sleek seeking. Operates wonderful with a Zotac 9300 wi-fi mini-itx board. It has 2 vents on the best and bottom. Consists of a 80mm fan in the rear vent and a different 80mm fan for the psu (front vent). Not for three.5" drive (see below). Uses Slim Optical drive. I removed the two.five" tray and put a three.five" Caviar Black but then you can't put in a slim optical drive. Paid ๥shipped.

Solid case; looks fantastic. Wiring was not as negative as some have complained about (maybe I lucked out) I did NOT have to get a energy provide 24pin extension.Works well as a media laptop or computer attached to my 32" panel Tv. I had to dremel cut/grind down component of the situation (about a quarter inch by 2 inch strip of the edge--did not impact aesthetics) since it wouldn't allow the male adapter of the energy provide clip into the MoBo's female counterpart. anything fits just correct in there. Only point cheap about this case is the cd-rom cover panel. It has click-on click-off push botton, and it broke soon after initial use! hate to send it back mainly because of it, now I have replaced the switch with velcro male female tape. as for the 4ባ񳏊 buyer's complain on the fan power connector, it's a male/female combo connector at the end, u just need to have to flip it over to see the female connector on the other finish.

on the outside doesn't mean excellent on the inside.Pros: It's small Poor good quality and design - particularrly the PSU. I have to have my wires "just so" or no go. 1 look and you realize this was developed by Bozo the Clown. The power in cable has to do some crazy limbo, with sharp bends - a fail point a 4 year old could see. The same fate awaits the USB front panel cable. I haven't yet attempted the front e-SATA, but based on the rest of the wreck, my optimism is low. I need to perhaps be kinder to Antec. Mini ITX circumstances are problematic, and case design lags far behind mini ITX in general. But this is just not believed by means of. The power in to the PSU is basically ridiculous. The front panel wires are 1ǘ to an inch too short to permit any sort of sophisticated routing. You stretch em and hope they hold. They dont usually operate either. They are stressed.Sorry Antec. Great attempt, but you missed.

Incredibly smaller case to fit into smaller locations (like a media center). Anything fits, excellent high quality design. The fan noise was minimal and the blue light was not too distracting. Great for a HTPC setup. The two.five" drive places won't fit an oversized ྫྷ.5 mm) 2.5" drive. So you are limited (so far) to 2-750 GByte drives. As soon as you get almost everything to fit in the case (takes some time & effort), the system just functions. Now it just looks like another component in my media center. My only dilemma is I sometimes forget to turn it off (quiet and no bright lights on the front).

- This is a gorgeous, sleek, modest case that fits in just perfectly with my entertainment center. - It has room for two laptop sized HDs and a slimline optical drive. - The 150W PSU is above typical for a case of this size and can certainly power a decent method.- HD Audio front ports.- Front panel eSATA - Bizarrely brief PSU cord. Unless the ATX power port on your motherboard is directly opposite the side exactly where your back panel is situated (which would location the power port correct next to the PSU in the case), the PSU cable will not be lengthy adequate to plug in to your motherboard. *YOU WILL Quite Likely Require TO Purchase AN EXTENDER*. I got mine from Newegg (the Silverstone kit) for about Ů.- The case fan will also call for an adapter as the port is the wrong gender to fit the provided PSU.- The cables are a tight fit in there, but it's not too difficult to get them properly arranged. If you read this evaluation, and other people listed here, you will not be disappointed with this case. It has its quirks yes, which are well-described in the reviews here. As lengthy as you fully grasp that you will likely need to invest in an adapter or two, you will be extremely satisfied with this sleek, stylish case.

1. Solid construction and appealing style.2. 150W energy provide provides much more than sufficient power and runs quiet.3. 80mm fan cools well and also runs quiet.four. Very slim but roomy adequate for a fairly powerful system. 1. Rigid housing for AC socket extends seriously far into the case, proper on top of CPU cooler. I can't see any excellent reason for this. Fortunately it clears the stock Intel cooler but taller coolers will have issues.two. Front panel LED/switch wires are too short, specially the power LED, which I had to extend.three. Fan housing is not rolled/deburred like the rest of the case.four. Boards with the ATX connector in the lower right will most likely avoid use of the 2nd fan slot. 1 clip for the plastic fan cover already sticks out too considerably for an Intel H57 board (I had to cut it off). 1. The fan almost certainly has a molex connector rather of PWM simply because it has an external fan control. Fans in other Antec situations are the very same.two. Keeping the wiring neat took some effort but for a mini-ITX case with 3 drive bays, 2 fan bays, and 150W PSU (with fan), it wasn't too negative. All little cases have the similar challenge.

Antec appears to acknowledge this as they give you lots of tie downs, cable harnesses, etcWhat's with the molex power connector on the fan..? how about a tine 4 or 3 pin to use the pwm connector on the motherboard? - saves space and enables fan speed to adjust as required. If Antec made a quantity of smallish subtle adjustments to facilitate far better cable routing and layout this case could be a genuine winner. The final finished product is great, but in fact obtaining there is a royal discomfort as indicated above.I think Antec fundamentally requirements to rethink the layout of this box. LGA1156 boards are incredibly diverse in layout than the old LGA775 boards, so this points wants a critical refresh.

Compact. Looks nice. Has a good quantity of heft for its size--no fear of giving the factor a small bump only to see it go flying off a desk.Power cable reaches for a ASUS P8H67-I. PSU does have a mini/slim SATA power connector, too, so no worries discovering a power adapter for slimline optical drives.Enough hardware to install everything, such as the tiny little screws for aforementioned optical drives. In reality, there had been even tiny screws stowed away in keeper holes in the bracket for the optical drive. Have several builds using Antec cases with the small push-snap retainers--of those, about two-thirds have failed to function directly from Antec (don't 'snap' closed). There's a plastic plate covering the second 80mm fan hole in the case. 1 of the plastic retainers for this plate interferes with motherboard placement. I just pinched the plastic clip together and let the mobo push it out of place. I don't think it'll ever rattle or fall out.A bit disappointed with the Molex connector for the case fan. Used in a construct for a faculty member. Modest, quiet (bit of fan whir on high setting), appealing case. Effective enough for their needs, yet silent--their main concern.Comes with a bracket for upright placement and adhesive rubber nobbies for feet. I don't know if the other reviewer didn't get any, or failed to notice them.Liked the case so considerably that I am thinking about obtaining its 65W sibling to build a low-wattage HTPC.

Exactly where to begin? This case isn't the smallest out there, but the "extra" space is worth it. Really easy to mount every thing, finding every thing in was pretty simple given the little space. Runs as cool as I expected as well. Obtaining the motherboard in was a bit of a challenge, but not worth losing an egg. Note: I employed an SSD for the hard drive so that almost certainly helps with the system temp.
