Cons: A little lack of spatialisation and bass impact, confort is good, but get a little hot (since it's a closed headphone).

First off, you need an amplifier with this one, I've got an SMSL sAp-4s amp with it and it sound pretty amazing. The soundstage is nice (well known with AKG) the mids and high are pretty solid, but it lack of bass impact like any AKG. The sound is neutral and not colored at all.This is a really good entry level hi-fi headphone.4-star is a price/quality ratio. |
phone amp cant handle these. sound so quiet in phone. need to plug in to my desktop. they are a bit over priced but i like the treble. just like other AKGs, they lack bass. just need to tuned up the EQ to push the bass.
