Cons: Only one 3.5mm. 7.1 (?)

Pros: Very comfortable! Stylish (subjective)! Great Sound. USB Sound Card.
Comment:
I love the headset! I was having some troubles with cracking and pops on the HyperX Cloud I that have been resolved in this headset. I had some troubles with the mic at the beginning when I first received my HyperX Cloud I as well, but none of that with this headset. The USB Soundcard/ Controller that they provide looks pretty neat too. I personally find the HyperX Cloud II even more comfortable than the HyperX Cloud I. One of the complaints people have is that the 7.1 doesn't work super well. I personally don't care, and it's really easy to turn the 7.1 on or off depending on your desires. My only real complaint is that unlike their last headset, which had a 3.5mm for the headset and the mic, this one only has 1. Which is great for devices that can do that (most smart phones nowadays, the USB sound card they provide, etc.) Unfortunately, my PS Vita does not support this. Their last installment included a 3.5mm jack to two 3.5mm ports. I used that with my PS Vita and it worked great. Unfortunately, the PS Vita doesn't seem to play nice with the single 3.5mm jack on the HyperX Cloud II.Great overall, for a great price too. You can often find it at 100$ rather than 130$ or 150$. So shop around!

Cons: Virtual 7.1 surround sound sound muddy

Pros: Good Stereo Sound, Decent microphone Quality, Integrated USB-Soundcard
Comment:
A good Stereo Headset for this Price and more of a evolution then a revolution in comparison to the Cloud I. Who already has a Cloud I should not upgrade but who wants a great value stereo headset with a decent mic is doing nothing wrong with the Cloud II Headset.
