I bought two pairs of this ram, installed them in my ThinkPad W530 laptop, and got total 32g memory, which runs in dual channel model at 800 mhz, CL is 9, also at 1.35V. |
Bought two sets of this RAM for my new 27" iMac (Late 2012). Works flawlessly along side the Samsung 840 SSD bought at the same time. Geekbench scores this machine at 13103 with the upgrades. When running Windows 7 via Bootcamp, the Windows Experience Index gives the RAM a score of 7.8/7.9. Machine scores out overall at 7.7 with 3.4GHz i7 processor.Very pleased with this RAM. Combined with SSD the computer runs quieter than the ambient noise in my office from ventilation systems. Can't hear any fan noise at all. System is running nice and cool. Not even slightly warm to the touch with normal use. This system normally runs OSX plus two virtual machines at any given time (Windows 7 plus a CENTOS Java application server).
