ordered dec28 2009. site read ready for next day shipping. it is now jan 27. i still do not have the product. was suppose to get it tomorrow but there has been another problem and now i get it feb 1 2010 if there aren't any more problems. site is misleading. it does not say some items are drop shipped from a supplier other than tigerdirect. it does not say items are shipped from the states. info that would have affected my purchasing decision. this thing better be outstanding if it ever shows up or it is going back. customer service did not even realise that i had ordered two items originally. i think after waiting 20 days from my date of order, that my complaint is what made the company find the second item i had on order. i think they lost the original. it shipped the next day after my second complaint.
