-Great Price tag-Easy to set up-Compatable with most high end motherboards-Slapped these two sticks with a good graphics card and processor and it'll tear via any game you throw at it at max settings! (Tested with WoW, CoD: Black Ops, Fallout: NV, and Team Fortress two) -Have to've grabbed a negative batch, two weeks soon after I bought it (around the identical time). Confirmed not a user error, but a manufacturing error. Attempt to RMA as quickly as achievable, I had to rebuy RAM :[

Kingston stability and heritage. None. Please note: Windows 32-bit environments will only help 3gbs of memory. There are strategies about this limitation from what I read but it needs a lot more than what the typical user is prepared to do. Anything else recognizes the 4gbs out of the box (bios, and so forth) but Vista only sees two.99 (Windows Welcome Center). If you don't see oneself crossing into the 64bit environment anytime quickly, stay with Kingston but get a 3gb kit.

Purchased this set to speed up my computer. Went from 2ǗG sticks to 2ǘG sticks. New sticks are not as tall as old ones. Price tag was great, couldn't pass it up. Have employed Kingston several occasions just before and in no way had a problem. Somewhat noticeable improve instantly. Much less hesitation, smoother operation. Like it alot! Would advocate extremely. I've never ever had a difficulty with Kingston but. Board max's at 4G. Massive sale on Mother Boards would actually be cool.

Kingston has generally performed nicely in my machines. I have used Kingston for over ten years now and I have in no way had any troubles. This is not the fastest RAM on the market but the cost is excellent and it performs well for every day computing and passive gaming on a Win 7 64-bit platform! CAS latency is high but most of us don't worry too substantially about that. Kingston RAM is reliable (from my expertise). I will continue to use it!

My new ASROCK P45 Motherboard took this DDR3 ram as native with out any trouble at all. Rock solid efficiency so far. Apparently DDR3 isn't super effectively utilized by nowadays's boards - similar performance can currently be reached with DDR2. (Or so I've read.) It's good to have around for future upgrades.
