Pros: Works as advertized. Comment:
What can I say? Any RAM that works as advertized is good RAM. Nothing special about it but I needed 4GB of DDR3-1066 and this was available at a good price. |

Cons: None that I can see.
Pros: Cheap. Perfect for a budget system. Comment:
I bought this RAM for a client for a budget system. I don't really see anything wrong with the RAM. Although I really have nothing to compare it too. I price matched it for $21.00. So really all in all I don't care. If your looking for RAM for a budget system I would recommend this one. I put it in a Gigabyte G41MT-D3V mATX which really didn't have a whole lot of compatible memory choices to choose from. So I was glad to see this one was. I do find however that it does seem to have a bit of a lag on it. I am not sure at this point if it is a latency in the RAM. Or if there is possibly something wrong with the hard drive. Kind of hard to explain. I expected a Intel Quad 2.4 on Vista 64-bit would have a little more "zing" in response times then what it has. So that part I am still investigating. |
