Pros: Extremely stable and reliable memory. |

Cons: none.
Pros: great memory at a good price Comment:
I have never seen one this small before! Ordering the product you would never know that it is about half the footprint (height) as the Corsair XMS RAM (or just about any other RAM for that matter.) This proved to be beneficial when installing it into a very tight case because it didn't stick out at all and the HDD now fit! |

Pros: - Price- Kingston reliability Comment:
I've always liked Kingston for their reliability and for the price of the ValueRAM series. Whether it's for building a budget computer or making a slight upgrade of an older build they are always in my top choices for small budgets. You can't go wrong with Kingston. |

Pros: Speed, 2GB, Price, Warranty Comment:
Nice speed, sweet price, lifetime warranty, 2GB and it's a half height to less waste to make a single stickBooted up first time and PC is now more fluid would recommend to anyone with a DDR2 pc that wants more Ram at low price |

Cons: Not high-performance
Pros: DDR2 800Cheap on saleLow profile Comment:
Bought 2 of these to give the wife's machine 4gb for Windows 7 as 2gb wasn't cutting it (using integrated video). Instantly noticeable difference. The sale price is great for DDR2 800 (cheaper than DDR2 667. I didn't need the low profile for this build but it's nice should I need it fora future build. |

Pros: Cheap, and works well Comment:
Bought this for my HTPC, I do not really know what to say. It was inexpensive, popped in and worked as it should. I would purchase this again for any of my non gaming builds. |
BoSsS@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 05/18/11 |
Cons:
not as fancy as Performance rams
Pros: Low profile!! OmGCheap and effective Comment:
When I opened the box and saw the stick, I was like "wtf?? this is not a DDR2 normal stick?!" It's only about 5/8" in height. I bought it to replace a 1GB stick that Staple put into a cheap PC they sell with a total of 3GB (1GB+2GB). No idea if this pos was ever working in some dual channel bandwidth with that ram configuration... Heh, my girlfriend PC that she bought |

Cons:
Tight fit
Pros: It's cheap and it works Comment:
I got this a few weeks ago for my ASUS P5GC-MX/1333 motherboard. While I was installing it, I thought I was going to break my motherboard in half because it was a bit tight, but I solved that by pushing it in evenly as much as I can, then push in one side at a time until they lock in place. It works fine and I didn't need to change any settings. I upgraded from a 1GB so now my computer runs faster. |

???
Pros: Compatibility Comment:
Not much to say except this works. Got this for an older AM2+ platform mobo (GA-MA78GM-US2H). Speed is as advertised, works without further BIOS tweaking. |

tamerax@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 01/08/11 |
Cons:
might not be great for use in a high performance machine
Pros: Kingston brand so it works.Great price. Comment:
I bought two of these for an office computer and they worked with no issues. Just plugged in and away it went. I wouldn't recommend this for overclocking a high performance computer but it certainly works fine on a normal day-to-day office comp. |
bionicbadger@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 01/06/11 |
Cons:
no heat spreader (doesn't really need one if you aren't overclockiing)
Pros: Cheap, works without changing settings Comment:
Cheap basic memory that works when I plug it in. Don't have to change any settings, don't need to increase voltage or change timings.Used for a budget computer build with Asus P5G41-M LE motherboard. If you aren't planning on overclocking, this will work fine for you. |

Pros: Low Profile, 800MHZ, Cheap Price *(onsale)...Will buy again. Comment:
Low Profile is nice! The size of this ram is small compared to most all sticks which is really nice for installing next to bulky CPU coolers! Runs great, cool and low....lol. I bought a couple sticks quite some time ago and 1 stick last week instore from Markham Ontario...Will buy again! |

none that I can think of
Pros: Low profile Comment:
Needed some memory, this looked like it would do the job. Low profile is neat and tidy, no issues with this at all. I am very happy with this, first time Kingston, so fingers crossed. |

Cons:
A little expensive
Pros: Low profile Comment:
Got this for a budget setup, and it works quite well. Runs windows 7 just fine, no snags or slowdowns. A little more expensive than I was hoping to pay |
MikeMan23@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 06/01/10 |
Cons:
Not for OC
Pros: Kingston QualityLifetime Warranty Comment:
It's a great little half profile DIMM that works. It's made by Kingston, so quality can be assured. It works for what its intended to do, and it frees up airflow in a budjet rig. Good for mATX/HTPC cases where space is cramped already and performance isn't a big issue. |
Lee_B@NCIX Rating: Review Date: 05/10/10 |
Cons:
Nothing that can be helped
Pros: Cheep, Fast, Small Comment:
First off this is the lowest profile ram I have ever seen and I must say I like it. It performs just as well as any other DDR2-800 you are going to find out there and it seems to be the cheapest. Out of the 60 or so sticks that I have brought in so far only 1 has needed to be RMA'd. |

Pros: its ddr2fairly fast Comment:
not impressed with the increasing price in ddr2 ram but this is the cheapest stuff i could find it does the job wish the prices would have stayed at what they were bfor but this is only for a budget machine so i am happy with it |

Pros: Cheap, Wasnt DOA Comment:
Cheap,RAM that is compatible with every board. all i needed for an HTPC Build. low profile great for an HTPC Case. will buy again wher DDR3 takes over and the price drops again, i have 2 2GB sticks and use one each in my Living room HTPC Build and one in my bedroom HTPC build. Thanks NCIX. |
KVR is a good choice for anyone who wants drop-in memory that works properly the first time with basically any hardware config, without having to manually calibrate any timings or voltage.Certainly there are faster modules out there at the same price, but my experience with Kingston over the years has never once produced a faulty memory module. I have every confidence that my future Kingston purchases will continue to perform to my expectations.
