the price tag on these were fantastic none so far Bought two for a total of 8gbs, for those who don't know......make certain you have a 64 bit OS if you want far more than 4gbs

It operates, and registers to be about 98% of shown value.these sticks are SUPER low profile, which i enjoy!! THIS MEMORY Absolutely DOES NOT LIKE OVERCLOCKING. or underclocking from what i am noticing.. it operates at 400mhz... nothing at all much more absolutely nothing significantly less.. i bumped it to 410mhz, which would be cake for any other memory stick, but this module BSOD's my computer system if even attempted to mess with the frequency..i dropped it to study at 333mhz, which would be the equivalent of DDR2 667 ram, then bumped the voltage .05v and the base frequency of the cpu to right the frequency to as close as i could get to 400mhz, and it nevertheless blue screened.. i dont reccomend this module for persons who want to overclock their Pc's with anything other than straight modifier OC's...

Economical, low profile, error free (memtest), and fast. None so far. I had bought 2 sticks of a different brand, and 1 came DOA. When I wanted to expand to 8GB, I chose Kingston because of their reliability and good quality. Kingston does not disappoint.

great memory, I was a little caught off guard with how low profile this memory is, the board is slighty bigger than the memory modules that sit on best of it.Performs excellent, can only use three.25 but that is since of 32 bit restrictions. Operates as expected. n/a Bought to upgrade the RAM of a Dell Vostro 220 from two Gb to four Gb. Very good choice. Memory overall performance index sub-score elevated from five.five to 6.7 with the additional, and lower latency, memory.

Performs with Asrock 775dual-vsta with modded BIOS. Sees all 4GB at boot and in Vista 64. Vista 64 task manager only sees 3GB. The 1GB goes into the 'memory hole' because of the limitations of the chipset (VIA PT880). 3GB assists Vista 64 bloat. The RAM is physically fairly short compared to other individuals, but doesn't have an effect on functionality.

Functions, rapidly, inexpensive, fantastic. None If you are not going to more than-clock your RAM it is not necessary to get some thing super-high-priced with a goofy seeking heatsink.

Trusted name brand. More rapidly than my old ram. Wonderful value. None that I can believe of, other than so short you'll wonder if you got them all the way in the slots when installing. Windows XP 32 bit only recognizes three out of 4 GB's of this RAM. Nonetheless, there's just enough of a difference in swapping out my old 667mhz 2X1GB Corsair sticks. With the further memory and the slight speed boost, life is just a bit sweeter than it applied to be. Memory is inexpensive - buy some! Soon after considerably reading of reviews right here on Newegg, I skipped the less costly brands and went with the trusted name. Glad I did - skimping a couple of bucks isn't worth the added hassle. Get Kingstons.
