I purchased this tablet probably 1.5 months ago, and I am very happy with it. The price is not that cheap but consider the specifications and its quality, I can give it 4.5 out of 5.Up to today, there is no perfect Android tablet on the market that can beat the iPad, but down to the basic needs for owning a tablet: I need a tablet that has a pretty design, great screen quality, long battery life, portable size, expendable to support micro sd card, etc.If I go with iPad, it will have to be a 32GB version which will cost me over $700. Not mention the iOS does not allow to support external sd card at all, nor can you exchange any files easily with your computer (even through the iTunes, the experience sucks).Here this LG G Pad gave me a big hope in Android tablet world. Its LG customized Android OS is by far the most stable one that I experienced. Apps installed on this tablet almost no crash at all. The performance is great and it support a number of unique features from LG. I mostly use this pad for eBook (or PDF) reading, Youtube and other online movie watching, Web Browsing, etc. - the features that so basic but would cost me a lot more $$$ if I chose an iPad.Think about the life-cycle of each tablet that you would purchase. This tablet costs about $350 + micro sd card. which is half the price of an iPad that would provide me the same features.
