Pros: perfect fit, very secure, no problems

I picked this up because I got my hands on an old server chassis with a redundant 420 watt PSU, it was 20 pin and I was planning to run my old reliable DFI lanparty Nf4 ultra-d, got it all hooked up, no problems with the power whatsoever.

Pros: very useful for 20 pin power supplies

Bought this 2 weeks ago for my new motherboard M2N32-SLI Deluxe/Wireless Edition, this motherboard didn`t support my power supplie's 20 connector so i bought this to accommodate to my motherboard.

Pros: Does what it's supposed to do.

There's really not much to review about this product - it's just a cable. It does what it says it does, though. If you need to convert a 20-pin power supply for use on a 24-pin motherboard, you can't go wrong with this.

Cons: A bit expensive for what it is.

Pros: Works as advertised
Comment:
Bought this thinking my new board would need one. Turned out the board was DOA, so it is not really useful. Most board, even if they have a 24pin input bracket, will work fine with a 20pin ATX cable. And this adapter won't double the 12-volt rail on your PSU. Make sure you really need one before you buy. Or buy a cheap PSU...

Pros: Does what it's supposed to

This cable is needed when you have an older power supply and a new motherboard with the 24 pins connector. In the manual (Asus P5P800) they say it's not mandatory to use a 24 pins connector and as a fact a 20 pins fits in there too. Better not take any chances, I tought. So I hooked up with my 450W PSU and this adapter. Works like a charm and saved me a new power supply!

Pros: Does the job right... cheap !!
Comment:
I had a X-Connect PSU and changed my mobo for a Asus A8N-SLI Premium that required a 24-PIN PSU... I worked it for a few weeks with only 20-pin, but my system kept crashing once in a while when asking a bit more from it then regular idle operations...I pluged this is, and since, perfect stability, no more hangs and crashes... for the price, it's way better than going in to buy a new PSU !!

Pros: converts 20-pin PSU power cable to 24-pin. nothing else
Comment:
when i put together a computer with a Sparkle PSU, i didn't realize i needed a 24-pin PSU instead of a 20-pin. ordered this, and the computer works flawlessly. definitely a good idea to have a spare handy if you're repairing other peoples' computers as well.

This baby saved me over 140 bucks on a new "gamers" PS by being able to use my Ultra 500Watt PS. It has 34 A on the 12Volt rail and, being connected with this cable, to a:-Asus A8N32-SLI mobo-A64 4000+-4x 512mb Kingston Value Ram-1x 300GB HD-2 CD Drives-Audigy2 ZS Sound Card-BFG 7900GT OC Video CardRunning perfectly, no stability issues, ez-plug NOT CONNECTED!!!

Pros: save's you from having to buy a new power supplyit works
Comment:
it was either by this adapter or a new power supply (i'm verry happy with the power supply its verry stable) i'm running a x-connect 500 watt power supply and i just upgraded to a pci-x mother board (a8n32-sli deluxe) so i needed a 24 pin power input and this did the job no problem

Cons: -$10 seems a bit steep-takes up a bit space inside your case

Pros: -does what it's supposed too
Comment:
I needed this to mate the PS from my Sonata case to my Asus A8N-E MB. It does the job it's supposed. It does add to the tightness of everything inside your case, shorter cables in the design would help. Regardless though, if you need one of these it's your only option.

Cons: careful you have a good power supply and motherboard manufacturer doesn't have any warnings about using adaptor.

Pros: does the job
Comment:
Does the job - but make sure you are using it with a good quality power supply. Also, some motherboard manufacturers have warnings about using an adaptor instead of a purpose built 24pin PS (DFI) though I think that comes more from people who are using cheap PS's with them.

Cons: Kinda stiffmoney for a necessary cable

Pros: Helps Mobo run
Comment:
Bought this for a Asus P5GD1 motherboard which requires this of course this is kinda stiff and you need it so that is kinda a downfall oh well works great it makes it harder to cable manage because you are adding to the cables in your case after. If you need it buy it if you dont no sense in having it

Pros: It works. It's fairly cheap.
Comment:
If you buy a new mobo, and you have an older PS. You NEED one of these. The only way to avoid this is to buy a new PS. It does the job in a pinch. I read somewhere that it's recommended you NOT use one of these for a prolonged period of time. It's better to actually get a 24 pin PS.

Cons: -ugly look with unwrapped cables

Pros: -does what it is suppost to do
Comment:
This is perfect for anyone who has a x-connect power supply and an Asus A8N-SLI deluxe motherboard. It does exactly what it is suppost to do. This adaptor is fairly ugly though and if you do have a x-connect PSU you would be better off to get the 24 pin power cables that Ultra products makes. NCIX carries these cables and I ordered one. They will look a lot better then having a big adapter in the middle of your case. For any other PSU user with a 24-pin motherboard this is a great cable.
