bought this to power another video card in sli when my old school power supply didn't have any more 6 pin PCI-E heads. couldn't PM it because ncix seems to be the only vendor. well all and all buying this is cheaper than going for a newer PS i guess. it's just an adapter if you need it then you need it and in that case go buy it. |
Does exactly what it says; gives you an extra PCIE power cable. Very useful for multiple gpu systems since many power supplies (even modular ones) only have one or two available.
