Cons: - price, but that's about it.

Pros: - 27 inches- native 1920x1200 (1080p - 16:10 ratio)- excellent color quality- easy to use menu- high quality Samsung LCD- component, dvi and hdmi hookups- no stuck / dead pixels
Comment:
I bought this Samsung LCD about 1 year ago and have had no issues with it. No dead or stuck pixels whatsoever and the color quality is amazing. I've played games like Dragon Age, Borderlands, Half Life 2 + Episode 1 and 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Lost Planet, Crysis + Warhead and Wars, BioShock, WarCraft3 + addons and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and many other titles. The supposed input lag is not what I expected, meaning, I don't notice it. DVD movies run and look great and my next video card, NVidia GT300 will be using its hdmi hookup to my monitor, so no more dvi for me. This LCD is worth every penny and even after 1 year, its still the same price when I bought it.

Cons: nope.

Pros: HUGE, HUGE, HUGE. Beautiful picture, great color, bright, big pixels are great for fine detail CAD work.
Comment:
I bought this over a year ago. To die for. Small fonts? Who cares! I do a lot of CAD work where one pixel = one survey point. Got tired of 4 pixels per mm. on smaller monitors (eg. 1920x1200 x 24" = 4pix/mm or 0.25mm dot pitch) This big beast runs about 0.3mm/pixel, which is great for us WinXP users looking at small fonts or bad CAD displays. Even nicer than the 2500x1600 30" monitors for that reason. Plus, looks fantastic for any/all video, and games just fine. I don't notice the purported input lag either, play Valve games all the time.My ONLY disappointment was the lack of pivot into portraot mode. I built my own monitor arm with a 90deg bearing so I can rotate for coding and North-South oriented survey plans. I don't use it like that too often, but it's to die for when it fits the job at hand. All in all, this thing is the best $950 I ever spent on computer hardware. BY FAR. Totally top notch professional tool. Anyone who lives behind a screen like I do is a fool not to treat themselves to something at least this good.
