I bought this for a compact gaming build, and it's outdone my expectations. set up was a breeze, all connectors are clearly marked. I'm glad to see support for HDMI, eSATA and an abundance of USB ports. My only issue is that Larger videocards obscure all PCI ports, and make plugging internal cables a headache. Be smart and put your video card in last. Also, some cases may place the power supply at the opposite side of the case, making you stretch the CPU power and PSU fan connectors across the entire board. |

J'ai acheté cette carte avec un Phenom II X3 720 BE et un Radeon HD 5770 pour l'ordinateur de mes enfants. Cette carte mère est bien pensée avec sa bonne localisation des conecteurs SATA qui ne rentrent pas en conflit avec les cartes graphique double epaisseur et longues. Le refroidisseur du Northbrige est pas mal performent. Un très bon achat pour cette catégorie. |
Be careful choosing memory for this board. I originally ordered G.Skill F3-10666CL9D-4GBNQ. It would crash continually. Thinking it might be the board I ordered a second motherboard. Changed many different bios settings but never could get the board stable in either WinXP nor Win7. Bios does not allow one to change the Command Rate from 1T to 2T. Replaced with Kingston KVR1333D3N9K2/4G with all bios settings on Auto and have had no problems with either board for the past month. Even the latest bios version, 918, does not allow changing the Command Rate.The com port connector is at the top back of the board. I had purchased a com port cable for the board but it was too short to reach slots. I had to cut a hole in the case below the power supply in which I mounted the connector. If one used a video card the problem would be even worse.
