- It's the size I wanted- It came with a power provide- It was fairly affordable - The instructions are horrible- The case is incredibly hard to perform with on the inside- The back panel can't close based on my motherboard's layout- All in all, way as well a lot of screws, I believed they had gotten away from instances like this 10 years ago The plastic paneling looks nice in the picture, but it comes off as cheap in particular person for me

This case appears excellent. I'm using it for a HTPC (MythTV), and it doesn't look too personal computer-ish for my living space. I have it on it's side, and it's a tiny narrower than the stereo elements, leaving a perfect space for my Wii.CPU cooling is wonderful. The airflow is isolated from the rest of the elements. This case is a discomfort to work with. Even with the directions, I couldn't get it apart until I discovered a video overview on You Tube that showed each and every step. If you're only going to take it apart once to make a program, it's fine, but this is not a case for a tinkerer. The inside of this case is extremely cramped. The power supply fan is blocked if you use all the PCI slots for full-height cards. I worry about airflow for cooling the chipset. There's an internal fan that blows against the challenging drive which could block access to some ports on the motherboard. When laying on the side, the panel to access the ports is blocked from opening unless there's nothing at all right away below it. Not a terrible option for a HTPC system. Maintain in thoughts that there's only a single drive bay. There is some fan noise, but it isn't negative. I'm contemplating replacing the power supply with an 80+ rated supply, but it's tough to find one particular in the right type aspect for this case.IN WIN ought to make a stretch version of this case as a MiniATX.

Amazing case to work with, particularly attractive, well laid out. Power Provide, there are ultimately i7 motherboards coming out for this kind issue, but it's a waste simply because the energy provide is so small. Can't uncover anything bigger then 350 that would match in this case.If they figured out the PSU they would have the quantity 1 case in the world.

Beautiful Style, Super Easy to perform with. Best M-ATX case out hands down. 350w max psu, with no custom fabrication work. A much more potent PSU option would be ideal, vs the maxed out 350w for the sfx12v kind issue

Looks excellent Flimsy as other folks have stated, cramped interior, PSU is junk, bougt this for a price range construct and considering that the plastic has currently broke off and PSU has failed after two days of usage, it's no longer a spending budget build since I have just wasted my money finding this case and not getting able to make from it. In-win has manufactured so a lot of fantastic situations, this is the worst one particular but. Manufacturer Response:Dear buyer, We apologize for any inconvenience that you have knowledgeable. Please kindly contact our RMA Department at 909-348-0588 X 741 or e-mail us at customerservice@in-win.com for the RMA quantity. We will supply the replacement power supply to you. Thank you.Best Regards, In Win Buyer Service Group

Effective and quiet power supply Compact design with very little wasted spaceStrong when assembled. High quality components.Nice seeking with some novel attributes, specially the cable covering back door. Front Panel Firewire and 4 USB two. portsA very good selection for assembling an economical htpc or workplace pc. Power supply is not excellent for producing a gaming rigNot much ventilation for motherboard chipset or add in graphics cards. Not a fantastic case for people who like to swap hardware a lotCable possibilities are limited if you want to be able to close the back door. This case is a variant of In Win bk6XX instances of which there are numerous examples currently on Newegg. Most of what is stated in evaluations applies to this case. There are obtainable replacement SFX energy supplies which will fit this case and supply additional energy, but this case has restricted ability to dissipate heat. Hardware substantially in excess of the included 300 watt power provide almost certainly isn't wise.

This case is outstanding, after you get previous learning how to take it apart (does not come with any instructions, this is a case for the patient). Beyond the learning curve this is hands down THE Very best case out there. Not enough power, the new i7 mATX boards are out and 300w is just not adequate. Also the magnets in the doors could def afford to be stronger, hopefully they will discover and make a new version that's at least got far more energy to it. Like the prior reviewer mentioned, this would be hands down the greatest case in the globe if they allowed for bigger energy supplies.

This case was an simple construct, right after I looked over the instruction, which i strongly advise. It is extremely tiny, and very tight, but with just about no difficulty (just sufficient to make me study the manual) I installed into it a 420w PSU, Gigabyte H55M with a i7-860 and the stock cooler, two WD hard drives, a DVDRW, a multicard reader w/ Floppy, and an XFX GT220. It all fits! It all stays COOL! It runs Quiet! I gave this to my wife who leaves it on 24ǝ and she loves it. I wouldn't go so far as to contact this my new go-to case, but I have constructed it successfully numerous instances because. Finished, sitting on the shelf or desk, it looks wonderful! It is tiny, it genuinely is small. It is plastic, it is not your daily case, it will not withstand abuse. Also, to keep the back tidy, they added a closing panel that all the cables supposedly match behind, if you have any older USB devices that have bulky USB plugs, acquire a USB 90deg swivel or two. with a single USB swivel deployed for my older HP printer cable, I did get all cords below the back panel and did get it to shut. it took some effort, but it appears extremely nice and clean immediately after you do it. I nearly didn't buy this case because of the plastic appears and the size. I am so glad i did! My wife says it appears like a giant Wii. I have constructed this case numerous times because for clients who have this taste, and much less gear to cram into it, and it is zero fail so far. It is a pleasant surprise.

Appealing Really flimsy inside metal. Challenging to get apart, tough to place with each other. Personal a IN WIN IW-BT611T.300SL which is created out of excellent components and is comparatively easy to function on. Believed the IN WIN Matrix would be the very same high quality, sadly mistaken.

Looks great in photos. Quite elegant appearance. created of flimsy plastic that warps if you breathe on it heavily. inscrutable manual. Manufacturer Response:In Win would like to assure its shoppers that its merchandise are created of only higher quality components and craftsmanship. It need to also be noted that the Matrix is an HTPC case, and the white plastic is to meant to compliment that. looks pretty. -Interior is fairly cramped, tough to operate with. You have to remove the motherboard to hardly do something.-Physique panel is flimsy, metal is quite weak. Prepare to invest at least 10 mins to put the side panel together appropriately. The best would fit, but then the bottom got suck...it's like the endless battle everytime i take the panel out to perform on the situation.-Power Supply on my first situation died inside two weeks. RMA'ed it and received my second unit and within 2 months the fan goes undesirable, it makes actually loud noise everytime i turn on the computer. Truly annoying, especially i can't uncover a replacement for it yet. I contacted the RMA division but my e mail was ignored. Thanks for becoming so good at customer service In Win!!!!!!-Back panel to cover all the wires won't fit on the situation once you have your DVI & VGA plugged in. It's useless.-The internal fan cooling the difficult drive is as loud as a hair dryer. I took it out, thus causing my tricky drive to overheat. Choose your tricky drive -Worst consumer service ever. I create personal computer for my consumers, thinking that i'd use this case as it's good and have that OEM look....but now i'd have to scratch that, considering that i can't get a hold of the RMA division for my defective PSU. How am I suppose to replace defective parts for my clients if the PSU make a decision to take a dump?????????Keep AWAY from obtaining this product unless you have dollars to burn.!!!! Producer Response:We apologize for any product and service issues. Please forward your prior service request e-mail to customerservice@in-win.com and so that we might assist you. Thank you!

ideal searching situation. compact little, clean lines. back case closes up all the spaghetty wires. a plus for me. plastic. can i stack issues on best ? emi shielding ? cooling. space for dvi dongle? small pricey. I do not personal. I would believe 1 or two pci vga slot bracket exhaust fan would cool it down. Angle dvi video plug ought to work. a dedicated extra power provide in the five.25 bay allows any hi power video card. e-sata dvd drive has its own power. I would also mount a funnel with big fan on the air intake. htpc with blue ray demands much better cooling. A sideways cpu heat sink fan would allow to make an air duct exhaust pipe air out one particular of the pci slots.

Fantastic style - 1 of the smartest engineered situations I've ever seen, really clean outside, mac-like if you are into that, plenty of connections for everything (I was in a position to even put a PCI-express video card with the help of a MOLEX to 6pin cable) The power provide is smaller and not the quietest (acceptable for a built in power provide, but not simply replaceable for one thing far more quiet). The case only works with the original Intel HSF - this case is wonderful for a low power program, but immediately after putting a secondary video card, the inside was finding pretty hot... No place for additional fans and the included 60mm is a rocket (kind of pointless anyway given that it only cools the difficult drive) I returned it back and got a mini-ATX case of normal design... go HEC...

Clean, appealing design. Quite compact, but accommodates a full-height, full-length graphics card. Judicious use of black plastic accents keeps a black optical drive and card reader from searching out of place. Doors are held in place with magnets rather than plastic catches. There were a couple of construct excellent issues with the unit I received. The magnet that holds the door on the back of the case shut had come unglued; also, a couple of the plastic rivets holding the bottom plastic piece to the metal cover hadn't held. Each of these difficulties seem correctable with a bit of glue.A angled VGA adapter is included with the case; but for a DVI or HDMI connection, you'll possibly want to buy an angle adapter separately to keep these connectors from obstructing closure of the rear door.I feel the 60mm fan over the tough drive bay is of questionable value. This fan neither pulls air into the case nor pushes it out. Especially hot-operating drives would benefit; but I think users of this case would be superior served by working with a cooler-running drive and forgoing use of this fan. The images led me to believe that the front, bottom, and back of this case would be far more of a metallic silver color. They're not--they're fairly much just white. The paint must just photograph that way; but in individual it's just white looking. That's not bad; it's just not what I was expecting.I see various reviewers lamenting the 300W power supply in this case. Note that this case isn't genuinely developed to deal with the heat that would be emitted by a lot of high-power components. This case draws air in with the CPU fan and exhausts it with the power supply fan. It's an powerful design for a low-to-moderate heat load; but it just doesn't offer the sort of wind that components attached to a 500W (or larger) power supply require. In general, I'm not a fan of the semi-regular SFX power supply form factor; but there's no question that employing a regular ATX power supply would make this case larger.I'd have given this case 5 stars if not for the develop excellent problems.
