Operates great, lasts extended time I had to essentially open my Computer to set up the memory, when is Newegg going to figure out the technology that lets me just download much more memory? Till that day, this will always be a con for me. It's solid state memory, what else are you looking for? |

Received the RAM this morning, installed did a fast MemCheck and the technique booted up fantastic and quick performance. Repaired an Intel P4 program that was close to six years old for a client and it is wonderful to see the overall performance for this laptop. The computer is still in fantastic shape and they need to get another couple years out of this machine. None |

Upgrade for a P4 single core on XP for my brother in law. Now his pc runs more rapidly then my Vista dual core, I am so jealous! At this price don't expect cooling fins on the memory stick. I drilled some holes on the case and added a case fan. XP is still an outstanding OS following all this years. |

If you are searching to enhance on old Pc, this is for you. Gave my old desktop the shot in the arm it needed. Install was simple and recognized all 2 GB on initially begin. 1st boot was significantly less than half avg. time. Applications run smoother. Went from a four.3 to a 4.9 on memory directions in the Windows 7 knowledge index None, none at all - if they last Took a bit of function to set up in my Emachines T6420, the free of charge sockets had distinct shaped locking clamps that have been a actual discomfort to use... |

I bought this memory for an older machine, I installed it, booted up. A lot more quickly than the 512 MB that was previously in there. It didn't set up itself!! Really affordable upgrade that was successful. |

Reception of order incredibly timely.Processing of RMA great. Soon after replacing my old ram with this kit, proceeded with W7 installation; which locked up all three instances I attempted.Suspected a memory problem; and, sure sufficient, employing Memtest revealed a negative stick. Shame on PNY quality handle. |

A single module worked fine. The other module didn't perform at all. I bought this brand from the constructive evaluations, as a present. A single of the modules was terrible. It was also complex to operate out help from out of state, so I had to consume the loss. |

Tends to make my pc run considerably quicker, Windows is substantially a lot more steady. Didn't set up themselves. I bought these soon after acquiring a comparable 2GB kit of PNY RAM for my laptop. My desktop is functioning substantially more rapidly! nope I usually hate solutions that have mail in rebates. It normally requires months to ultimately get paid, if at all. I mailed in the rebate and within a week I got an e mail that they had recieved my rebate request. I just got a check in the mail on Saturday, so the turn about on the rebate was significantly less than two weeks. Impressive!!! |

Each sticks worked, booted suitable up. Would not run in dual channel mode. May be mainly because they are DDR400 and the MB maxes at DDR333. Bought to upgrade my sister's Dell 2400. Funny issue is that I took her old memory (that was operating in dual channel mode) and put them in her buddy's Dell 2400 and they refused to run dual channel. Go figure!
